"Unprofessional staff " Think before go to this hospital. One of my coworker faced too much problem with the staff. They do not have an communication skills. I want to give -5 Rating.

Dr Deepak Bansal is very experienced. He treats his patients (kids) and their parents very well. The staff is also good. A small hospital with all basic facilities. One of the best child care hospital around. Now they have Dr Rauthan as well on their panel.

It's a kid HOSPITAL, equally good in costing and for kids.

Wonderful experience with Sparsh Hospital. Dr. Deepak Bansal is a wonderful child specialist and the staff was always helpful and kind, I am so glad I chose sparsh Hospital and would highly recommend to anyone.

"Pathetic", Unprofessional", "Unhygienic" are the few terms whic comes to your mind when you visit this so called hospital. They will never provide you the receipt, will ask you to come later, the witch lady would shout on the children and if you want to get some tests done, they will just charge whopping money and don't know how to collect sample or how to store it, I wonder if they really do test or simply print any report and give it to the patients. I have gone couple of time for treatment on my toddler as this is in vicinity to my place. My kid was bitten by a dog and was crying, the lady present their simply asked me to wash her hands, no soap etc were provided, and she started shouting on the kid as she was crying and the witch lady got irritated. They don't know how to handle a child. Also for all the injections and medicine, I was charged more than 3000 and no receipt was provided. I will never recommend you to visit that place unless its very urgent and some first aid is required.

Dr Dimple watts's Ultrasound machines are outdated or not calibrated well, they calculate wrong CRL values, I had to get test re-done from Asian Hospital. I got ultrasound done from here twice both times wrong values were calculated

Best pediatrics hospital in Delhi NCR Especially reception staffs are too good and they have better skills to manage the patient

Very positive and friendly approach. Doctor Dimple is very approachable and available on call whenever required. Never had any issue related to diagnosis. Even the other staff members are also very nice. Diagnostic centre is also neat and clean which is one of the important aspects of choosing a clinic.

Very bad experience, time values are zero of patients for them, waiting for ultrasound and for that time was 10 am to 12 am but doctor not available as of @ 11: 45 Am. We recommend not to visit here unless u are totally free from everywhere

Very good doctors. can't say the same for the support staff. Their casual and uncompassionate attitude is a let down. The staircase and ramp at the reception are too steep for anyone with weak legs. Overall an above average hospital with all basic services in place.

Indeed he is a very good doctor, and is one of best doctors of faridabad.
