Awesome place to stay, my wife and I had a long stay and the quality of the service and the level of responsiveness was really high. We want to give some special shout-out to the building manager who was always proactive regarding anything we needed. But be aware if you are planning to work remotely from here there's no space for that, no desk, chairs or monitors, but there's no problem if you bring your own which I did and made a comfortable setup in the dinner table. Also the electricity cost is free until 60 dollars per month, so if you go up from this you're gonna be charged the difference, but they will let you know and provide you proofs if you need them. With all that I really recommend you to stay here if you can afford it, personal is very humbly and you will be really comfortable.

The score is mainly geared to particular aspects. The hotel itself looks nice and is in a safe looking area. The front desk staff are professional. I have had a terrible experience with the service. When I got to my room, I found hair on the bed and in areas of the unit but was resolved once I contacted the front desk. There is no way to phone the front desk from the room unless you use a cell phone and they don't always answer. My bathroom light never worked since check in and made a report 20/03/2023 and it's been more than 28 hours and hasn't been resolved.

Noisy, they are always working on the floors above. The details in apartments are sloppy and the staff is very passive aggressive.
