Very good place for shopping, kitchen shop modern and awesome

Love the store with kitchen&house stuff. You can buy here the things which you won't find at the local markets. They also have well supplied fabric store. I recommend to visit regularly.

The company is very expensive. We ordered our furniture via internet. They delivered the wrong goods but do not want to change them or take them back. Furthermore they charged us double because they say they did not get our first payment, but the proof is that the money is with their bank. The 'in store' employees try to help but the managing director, a woman, doesn't show herself or provides any help or advise with the problems. Very poor management which is the main problem! So our advice: do not order or buy anything from Enza (it is the same as The Emporium)!!!

I like the place. I like the products that service can be better. If your local here, you're normally ignored. However, if you're foreigner visiting or tourist or they can tell that you're not low from here and they pay closer attention to you and I just don't like that.Also come viewers at our YouTube channel Musa's Journey and you can see these places in video where we going by there and you know deal with everybody locally

Nice shopping environment especially the kitchen shop. The issue of closing down a business for prayer should be looked into. Business should be separated from religion, the staff should know that they can not all shut the place at the same time to pray. It is a put off.

Went there to buy material only to be told the shop was closed for an hour due to the staff going to lunch. I don’t understand what kind of efficiently run business sends all their staff on lunch at the same time, thus stopping the whole operation of the business for that time. In turn causing the customers to have to sit outside and wait for the staff to reopen? It’s a joke. Surely the sensible thing to do would be to send some staff away for lunch and then when they come back the others go. I’ve honestly been put right off, businesses in Gambia are run absolutely Shambolically and Emporium is too well known of an establishment to be operating like this.

Pricey. Yet wide variety of household items that are higher quality then most of the things you find in the Gambia.
