PLEASE READ!!! A good friend of mine reached out to me for some financial assistance. I didnt feel comfortable sending money over western union, so I wanted to send food instead. My plan was to buy local groceries and pay for a DHL shipping, which would have costed me hundreds. Then I found Terangas.com!!!! I made a mistake in my ordering and clicked the wrong delivery option, but that was NO ISSUE! I reached out to the [email protected] and almost immediately I got a reply. Not only did they change my order to a same day delivery, they even did it FOR FREE! These people are doing Gods work. I placed the order about 2 hours ago so, I’m still waiting for my friend to take delivery BUT I will say, if this goes smoothly I’m telling everyone about this! Charity work DOES NOT GET ANY EASIER THAN THIS!!!!! I repeat, this is GODS WORK.

I have worked with Terengas twice now. I am in the United States and ordering for my husband there in Gambia during his stay. The service provided is excellent. When I have gone on the chat line someone has answered right away. They answered every question I had quickly and informatively. When my husband went to the store to pick up the goods they treat him very well and are so helpful. The food we got from there was excellent. And we ordered a phone from them. I use terangas all the time. It is easy to use and they are very honest as well. 1 time I bought a mattress for my dad but I've ordered the wrong size. They sorted it it out for me very quick, no extra costs .Also the food and rice I buy from teranga is always good quality and very fast delivery as well. I call this place my Gambian Amazon! I have done a lot of purchase with them which was always pleasing and I was offered series of discount coupons. There was a mistake on my order few months ago during their closing hour and they manage sort it out immediately with a lovely gift. This company has the best service I experienced in The Gambia. Food is best quality and delivery is fast and professional. Any questions I have they respond right away. It’s easy to get food to my loved ones during this Covid pandemic. I’m in America and Terangas have made it less stressful for me worrying about my love ones having what they need from food to household materials.
