I ordered here two nights in a row because I was staying at the Doubletree across the road. The first night I dined in and the service was excellent. The second night I ordered a meal for pick up. Both meals tasted great and we’re exactly as I ordered. I would recommend dining here.

Came again recently on June 11th 2023 and it was busy, around 6pm. Had a good dinner with Jose as our waiter and he was a really attentive and friendly. I saw they had a promotion for if you buy a 25$ gift card you get a 10$ additional voucher to use after June 20th and ended up getting 100$ worth of gift cards and got 40$ in vouchers, 40% additional value 😎 so that was cool. Got the steak flight and filet minion for the 2 entrees from another buy 1 get one free deal they had going on. Spent 56% for 2 whole dinners with drinks and got 40$ worth of coupons for later! Good deal😎 Previous review: Gone here many times over the years, food has always been good. Came here with a coupon to use and got 2 entrees and all that for I think 50$ not including drinks. Paid 68$ or so for everything and we left with plenty of leftovers. Food was amazing as usual :D

Have gone multiple times now and have not been disappointed yet! My date described the taste as stunning. Had to wait a while to get it but it was definitely worth it! Our waitress/hostess was nice. Great atmosphere. The sweet molasses bread wasn't what I thought it would be. Came out fresh, warm, and soft but after about 30 mins was starting to dry out. Steaks were cooked perfectly as ordered, well done was still juicy not dry at all. The Ribeye and New York strip steaks are very fatty compared to the Top Sirloin. No matter which steak you get though expect it to have good flavor. Au Gratin potatoes were AMAZING they did not skimp on the cheese, same with the macaroni. Regular mashed potatoes look plain but surprisingly had great flavor. Artichoke spinach dip had great flavor also definitely could've used more cheese though. Garlic cheese bread for an appetizers is a great choice, amazing flavor with lots of cheese. Mud pie for dessert still not sure what it was exactly but it was delicious as well. Also the cowboy chocolate chip cookie is good. Comes out warm with a scoop of ice cream. Overall food is great be mindful prices are pretty high (so try to find some coupons) and you have to make reservations but would highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

Been to other Black Angus's and was not expecting to much....however they crushed it. Great place for a casual night when you want a good steak and amazing service. The wagon wheel sampler had did not disappoint and the favorite was the fried zucchini (they have great ranch), it was crispy and not oily/saggy. Between the four of us we had the prime rib x2, New York and sirloin and every steak was exactly as we asked. For dessert we had the cowboy cookie and it was a great ending. Pleasantly surprised and will continue to come back.

The food is always good. Our dinner started with the sweet molasses bread, one of my favorite breads. I asked for the new appetizer, grilled artichoke, I saw online, it wasn't on the menu and I didn't see any other information about it on the table or in the restaurant but it was available. It was really good and came with 2 different aioli sauce. We all had the fillet mignon, one medium well, the other 2 were medium rare. Perfectly seasoned and was very good. The baked potato soup was creamy and had a lot of bacon on top. The salad was good and was served with the right amount of dressing. The baked potato was cooked perfectly and had butter and sour cream.. I didn't want chives but it was available. We all agreed the fillet mignon and the artichoke were our favorites. Great job Black Angus! We will be back!

My nephew got paid and was so excited to take me out to lunch. He chose Black Angus and let me tell you right now, from the hostesses, service, attentiveness yet not over bearing, gracious and the atmosphere was calming and perfect. You get your appetizers and drinks promptly with perfect portions and soon comes your dinner. The food was so good I felt like I committed gluttony 😳.

Food was amazing! Had an amazing dinner thanks to server Mark. Made my dad's birthday wonderful.

Went with fam to get dinner and Marky was our server. He was quick and attentive. Dinner was delicious as always. Get the rib eye, medium rare 🥩

Surprisingly good experience. After being informed of a potential 15 minute wait, we were taken to our table after about 8 minutes. Our waitress (sorry, can't remember the name) was truly knowledgeable about the wines and beers on offer and advised accordingly and very well. My steak was flavourful, tender and cooked perfectly. We both started with soups which were hearty and tasty.....we skipped desert since the mains were plentiful but the overall experience was very positive. The restaurant is situated in an industrial area of town, in walking distance to plenty of hotels. The wider area is pretty grotty, so don't plan on a beer stop before or after!

Service was excellent! Hannah was attentive without hovering. We did not feel rushed, our drinks, appetizers and entree came at appropriate times. We rarely get a 2 meal for 1 price special, but Black Angus allows the customer to make choices within that special. Our steaks were so good that they could have been the whole meal.

Everytime I'm in. Bakersfield Black Angus is a must stop. The fried zucchini with the cucumber sauce awesome

One of the better places I found in town to eat... everyone is super nice and friendly. Service is fantastic, food was hot and delicious.

Returning from Las Vegas on motorcycles, stayed next door at comfort inn. Walking distance from several hotels. Went to Bar to watch AFC title. Were greeted by a very friendly staff that were attentive and interactive. Drinks were great and food was perfect for the game. Had a super time enhanced by staff and environment

Disappointed the ribeye steak is not 21 days age Revi the one that I have it looks like just came out of the freezer put in the frying pan. No flavor tough definitely going to our back next time. They cooked it very very well the beer so it was cold.

8p reservations for 4 bar area!!!! Get there, check in with the host, meet our friends at the bar, and order a drink while waiting, I did say Reservations!!! A few minutes later, the host comes table is ready!!! get up, and he is walking us to the restaurant side booths. idk. Wife says he we had reservations for the bar, no response our friends sat so we rolled with it !!!! The severe nice young lady, thorough about the menu options and rewards, because I received emails from Chris, the manager, lol coupons promos. So, I tried to use them, and it got a little confusing. Next time, I won't use it because it really was mot straightforward, and it took way too long to order, We get through this, orders in all good!!!! No, we had ordered drinks, I ordered a 25oz, NO draft out, but we have it in a bottle, bring it!!!! Comes back, we don't have it at all!!!! I oder something else, brought it to the table now, my friends re order!!!! Yes, that long!!!! On to the food, we got appetizers ✋🏼🤚🏼, supposed to have salads with our meals, no, had to ask after they brought out the entrees, SMH, RIB EYES 🔥, SALAD WAS GOOD when they arrived lol!!!! Overall, it was a terrible experience. the server did apologize. It's not her fault. This is a team failure, manager, and management dropped the ball !!!! This was the first time visiting, I was greeted and sat pretty quick. The food was really good. The service was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean. Only problem I had was when I wanted to pay, I was told the reader was down on the credit card machine. But after telling the waitress the only way I had to pay was a credit card, the manager came out with a portable card reader. That was a little questionable for a nicer restaurant.

Black Angus is one of our favorite places to go and have dinner. Ordered the ribeye med rare cooked perfect. The Mac and cheese and baked potato are good side. Desert was the chocolate cake that is always good. Loaded nachos for appetizer was okay.

Fast forward update four years later. I went in on the spur of the moment for myself. The server was exceptional and the food was divine! My filet mignon was grilled to perfection just the way I asked for it. Be coming back soon!

The food was fabulous! The steak was so juicy that I didn't need any sauce. That's my gauge of a great steak. The salad could have used more ranch but overall it was good. The server had too many tables to be attentive. They were friendly but couldn't check on things on a timely basis. The bathroom was really dirty and the faucet was loose. The carpets leading into the bathroom were old, dirty, and worn. I'd return for the food but would probably get take out.

Spinach and artichoke dip was outstanding as was the steakhouse salad with fillet mignon. The first to Long Island we’re a good quantity and quality but the third had no liquor. I asked them to take it off - no problem.
