No towels in rooms, holes in the walls, can't go out on patio if downstairs, room had no phone, coffee maker didn't work and never got one that did the entire week we stayed. Shower drain didn't drain...😣 Bed had a mammoth size sink hole in it. Some major issues on "policies" depending on who is working the front desk. Most employees were friendly and tried their best to help. EXCEPT for one. I believe she is or was the assistant manager. Maria if i remember correctly. Anyway she's by far the rudest person I've ever met. Definite power trips and needs a new job. One dealing with only herself. On a good note... the oatmeal was good 😞

Wow!! Warning!!! -5 stars!! Do not stay here!! Worst hotel!! Don't know where to start.. Getting there we noticed lots of homeless people in the front of the hotel.. Which I'm ok with and thought ok maybe the area we were in is not that great until I saw some inside the lobby. Booked last minute so I didn't let that bother me just needed a room. Pictures on line show the rooms looking nice and that is definitely not what we got when we stayed there. I will post real pictures of the room we stayed in... Did not want to touch anything.. Hair on the bed covers, carpet was filthy I wouldn't even walk with socks on. Shower was gross and no towels! Not even hand towels had to use one of my shirts.. When we went to ask for towels they literally said sorry we have no towels!! What!!! They said we can give you a hand towel... And was given only one hand towel...wow!!! For four of us!! Couldn't even shower if we wanted to! A section of the floor in the room felt like the the concrete slab under the carpet is uneven like it's cracked and slightly lifted you can easily trip on it. Not sure if the structure is even stable! Honestly I can't even make this stuff up!! Stay at your own risk!! And if you do I hope its a better experience than ours..

Absolutely terrible!!! MINUS 5*. When we arrived, first what we saw were homeless people all around, which doesn’t make us feel good. We booked 2 separate rooms for 4 people, what we get is 1 room. How’s that possible? No towels at the room, when I went to the reception to ask for some, the lady looked really shocked, that I need 4 towels for 4 people. Corridor are like from horror movie and the room? Nothing good at all. Cockroaches in the room!air condition? Doesn’t work. Cleaning? Definitely not today. Walls, carpet, bed sheets... need touch of cleaning and repairing. Itchy all night. Don’t feel comfortable or safe.

We would usually stay at a Days Inn when we visit California and had no issues, however this time our experience was awful. Check in was easy I would give that. Coming to our room, we start to put our things away and my son starts to see a roach by the phone and then we saw couple more on the wall. Then the water pressure was very low and NO hot water. I tried calling front desk and no one answers, so had to go upfront to speak directly with them, they were polite and understandable and gave us another room. That room had same issues 🙄, again went to the front desk and canceled our stay and went to another hotel where there was no issues through our stay.

Multiple homeless hanging outside in the parking lot. Don’t have anything against them just doesn’t look good for a business, false advertising since the room didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave as stated on website, encountered 3 roaches in a 5 day stay. The non smoking room had bed covers from the smokers room, you can tell by the cigarette burn marks on them. Hot tub was disgusting, the water was super green. Overall the hotel needs a complete renovation. Positives: easy booking, easy checking in, pool working, convenient parking, staff was super friendly, got a discount.

If you’re looking for a cheap hotel this place works. For the price I would come here again if I needed a cheap hotel in a pinch. Excluding the price the room wasn’t great. The AC barely worked and even when we turned it all the way down we found ourselves sweating. This combined with pillows being uncomfortable and some sort of hotel wide alarm going off multiple times in the night for no reason made it pretty hard to sleep. Multiple things didn’t work/were broken in the room including the sliding glass door to the patio, one of the lamps, the sink faucet, the toilet seat, and the shower. For a room that was advertised as sleeping 4 adults they provided us with 1 shampoo sampler, 2 towels, and one wash cloth. The radio made random weird sounds and the TV had few clear channels. On top of everything the pool and hot tub were closed. The price was good but if you’re looking for a more pleasing stay I wouldn’t recommend.

We needed a room for 3 to stay in for a few nights and we found this for a pretty cheap price online. The associates at the front desk are really nice and very helpful. We had an issue with our air conditioner not working well and the lights in our bathroom started to dim and flicker so the night associate changed our room to one that was way cooler. The cold water knob in the shower was messed up though and you need to push it in to turn it off and on. The location is not too bad and there are a ton of food places and gas stations nearby which is helpful because none of the vending machines on site work. The room is big enough for what we needed and we got two queen sized beds which worked out perfect for us. The beds were firm but comfortable and the pillows were pretty nice. It is clean and for the most part well kept except for a few issues here and there. For the price, I can't complain too much. They do have breakfast which is cereal, oatmeal and toast and they also serve milk, coffee and orange juice.

No stars. This place sucks. Hard beds, holes in walls, there were no towels in the room. Had to go to front counter and get some. My first room had water on the bathroom floor. The hotel looks like they are in the middle of a renovation, but I doubt it. I've been to other Days Inn hotels, they were nothing like this. So disappointed.looked nothing like the web sight pics. They only serve a continental breakfast not a full breakfast like they advertise. Smh. Don't come here there are other hotels in the area.

Days Inn is now closed on Real Rd. The property is now for sale! 2/17/2020. Nice sized and rooms in a quieter environment. The pricing is a medium to other motels in the area. I recommend you join the Wyndham rewards program which automatically gives you 10% off the regular standard rates and if you stay here often you can get points for free rooms, late/early check-ins, etc. The staff here behind the desk are awesome! Donna and Alex are super helpful and they go the extra mile for their customers. The maids are mostly nice too but I feel they leave a lot undone in the rooms which could use closer attention paid to them. Towels are an issue here! If you stain them they will charge you. They never seem to keep these rooms stocked in the first place and if the think you took a towel they don't take it out of the $25 deposit which will be held for days after your stay, they will charge your card whatever price the deem right, like $56 for two towels and two wash cloths, however I defy you to find two wash cloths in any room. On to deposits. If you decide to stay more than one day on the fly, be prepared to pay ANOTHER deposit. They will not or cannot transfer that deposit to the new day. It's like little Christmas again as your deposits arrive back in your bank acct.

Everything I'm about to share is prefaced by the fact that we only paid $50 for a double queen room. Unfortunately my wife looked at the wrong reviews. Had we seen all of the bad reviews, we would have chosen differently. The hotel has such potential, and you can tell that it was nice when built. Unfortunately, those days are long gone. The room smells terribly musty. The grounds are weedy and it doesn't look like they have mowed in a month. There are lots of barren areas where there should be rocks or mulch, but they haven't done anything. There are many places in need of maintenance, rotted doors..things patched instead of replaced. The AC in the room doesn't work great, which means we were hot the whole time. The pool would be really nice, but it is green with algae. I saw a guy pass a joint in the parking lot as they loitered out there. The place just needs some serious attention to get it back in shape. I'm afraid with it's current ownership, it might just be in a slow death cycle.

First, I want to start by praising the staff. They were extremely nice and helpful. The bedding and towels were clean. Now... To the bad stuff. Don't stay here. I am not even sure how this place passes code. The first room we were given backed up to the freeway, which was no big deal. The problem was that the entire hallway had wet floors and it was extremely cold. One of the exits had an over flowing trash can of water and the ceiling was black. This entire wing should be shut down. Our room was small, no biggie, but the "flat screen" tv was actually a box tv that was maybe 30 years old and only a few of the cable tv channels actually came in. In the bathroom they literally painted over the water damage and the water pressure in the sink wasn't even enough to brush your teeth. The second day we were there I asked if we could be moved to an inside room as the back parking lot that was against the freeway was a bit sketchy. They were happy to oblige. The new room was WAY nicer and we could enter through the lobby making us feel a lot safer. The only thing was that the water was absolutely scolding and I actually had my scalp burned when the neighboring room turned on their water. I couldn't let my youngest shower, so he had to take a bath. That was fine. This room at least had the advertised flat screen tv and at least half of the channels they offered actually worked. We did have some issues with the bathroom light going off at random times, but that was livable. The breakfast that the picture advertises is really far from the continental breakfast they serve, but again, that was okay. My main concern was that this place was literally falling apart. I stayed here about 8 years ago and it was really nice. It was sad to see it ran down in this condition. This last weekend will be the last time I ever reserve a room there. It's definitely worth an extra $10 to stay somewhere that isn't leaking every where.

This hotel is a dump. Bathroom door was so warped from water damage, it didn't even close. Bugs were on the walls furniture and in the bed. Not much tv, only a few channels Shower curtain was too small, so water got all over the floor. Room smelled like mildew Parking was limited to the front so the night guard could watch them at night. Homeless everywhere. So I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

I enjoy my stay here. It’s pretty quiet, the employees are kind, and the rooms are comfortable. Has a coffee maker and blow dryer in room. Would I stay here if I could afford better? Probably not. However it is a low budget friendly motel. Some rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. Some don’t. It’s worth it pretty much either way. 30-45$ a night is cheap compared to most other places. EDIT! I stay here often and the last time I tried to stay I was denied a room because the type of debit card I have. They had no problem taking it this entire time but they now have new rules (which is understandable) What isn’t understandable is the RUDE woman working at the front desk, After she denied me a room using my debit card (because they no longer accept that kind) she said the cash deposit is $250 so I said okay and asked if I come back with that I can still stay? She responded saying “I don’t feel like dealing with cash right now...
