I do laser hair removal and always see Emily. She is absolutely wonderful and really good at what she does! I went yesterday for a session and brought my 2 dogs (Pomeranian & 9month old German shepherd/husky) and the staff watched them for me while I got my laser done. They were so kind and really go the extra mile for their customers! I’m very thankful they watched my little fur babies for me😊

I come here regularly for Laser hair removal. Their prices are reasonable and the quality of the lasers they use is unmatched. I come for touch ups after about 6 sessions. Love the Irvine location. Lots of parking and they are on top of scheduling and pushing up appointments when people cancel.

the nurse was amazing!! I will be going back for them cause I love how my treatment is and I am very happy with the results… the front desk on the other hand one girl was talking negatively about a client in front of me saying how she won’t be nice to customers anymore and saying she runs the whole place, it was very unprofessional and disrespectful to hear her banter about a client. Being a client myself this was very uncomfortable while she was ringing me out like she didn’t care that I was listening to her.

Always a great experience with positive results. Make sure to book an appointment early. I only go for touch up laser hair removal. Nurses are kind & friendly. Receptionists acknowledges you & greet you as you open the door. Prices has gone up a bit, it’s expected as our economy changes. Look for monthly promotions.

Love this place! Staff are overly friendly and helpful especially front desk Luna and nurse Emily. They care about patient care and satisfaction before anything and make your visit the most comfortable always. Highly recommend for laser treatment

100% recommend! I came in for a facial twice and both times the girl at the front, Luna, was always super helpful. She greeted me with a big smile which made me super comfortable! I had a bunch of questions before getting a facial and she was able to answer them all and make me feel very welcomed! Prices are also reasonable and my skin was glowing!

Clean facility, the receptionist was professional and efficient in getting me through the procedure. The communication was great prior to arrival to confirm the procedure and timing. The laser technician was knowledgeable and helpful and her performance was very professional. I will definitely return here for future needs with laser hair removal. Update 07/08/23: Returned for touch up laser hair removal. What can I say.... Other than very clean facility (cleaning staff circling around many times to keep the place tidy), and pleasant experience. Very professional. Scheduling was courteous and easy. Will return again for future sessions.
