Very smooth check in; preliminary process prior to seeing the physician was great, everyone Very pleasant. However, except for the physician, not one person in attendance, said who they were...it's always preferable if you introduce yourself to clients/patients. Also, I waited approximately one and a half hours in a room before being seen by the doctor, a total of almost three hours since my appointment time. No one apologized for the long wait. That was a " wow" for me.

All the doctors a very friendly and at the top of their profession. The front staff is always welcoming. Most of the assistant technicians are very good. I only had one assistant that was very stoic and was more concerned with going through the motions of checking me in rather than listening to my concerns. But outside of that, great place.

I came in to see Dr. Clay. She gave me good advice and I have had follow up visits now. The staff and assistants are very nice and good. I’m very squeamish when it comes to my eyes, but they made me comfortable and I was able to get through the whole exam. I would definitely recommend her.

“I can see clearly now. The clouds are gone. It's gonna be a bright bright sunshiny day.” I asked Dr. Clay to dial me in so that I could see the rings around Saturn and I must say they are spectacular. Colors are vivid and depth perception is restored. It is like I stepped out of a nineteen inch television with rabbit ears from nineteen sixty into Alice’s Wonderland in 3D. I will continue to wear head phones as Dolby sound was not available at the time. Still the world is once again pretty. On a more serious note all of the people I met at So Cal Eye (there were many) were cheerful and well qualified. Most had a delightful sense of humor to make things even more pleasant. Taryn was especially patient and made me feel like there was no time limit when it came to answering my questions and addressing my concerns. Dr. Clay is a beautiful person inside and out. You will not find a better surgeon. Gary Jackson

I had my first appointment today with Dr. Clay and was very happy with her professionalism and knowledge. She was friendly and attentive to my vision needs. The staff was awesome as well. I was checked in quickly and had to wait only a few minutes to be taken to an exam room. Cassidy the back office assistant was very professional and knowledgeable.

I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. This was my first experience having his surgery and I would do it again. My doctor was very informative kind and Caring.

Dr. Nhu is truly a remarkable physician. She is fully engaged during each check-up and carefully explains what she's observed. Moreover, she provides helpful and clear counsel on steps I need to take relative to maintaining eye health. I deeply appreciate that she is my ophthalmologist.

Everyone was very nice, doctor very knowledgeable and reassuring understanding my concerns and needs. Wait was bit long but way worth the time. I am totally confident i Will receive the care I need with this team for my new eyes! Tk you for your care!
