Had my annual appointment today, I showed up an hour late thinking it was the right time! I have never been late for an appointment, let alone completely missed the time! I apologized, ready to reschedule(I work in the medical field and would totally understand) but the very professional and nice receptionist, made a quick call, told me I may wait 30 minutes, but Karina would still see me! Wow!! Amazing patient service! I patiently waited , When I saw Karina , she apologized for making ME wait! I told her,” I was the one that who late! I am just happy you were still able to see me! Thank you so very much!” She told me , “not a problem, I will always see you!” So pleased with Karina and staff!

I have been here twice and have had positive experiences both visits. I have not had to wait and the visits have been timely and efficient. I recently made an urgent appointment and they were able to accommodate me very quickly with a next day appointment and I am so very grateful. Highly recommend.

Dr. Melissa was wonderful! First time that I've met her but have been looking forward to it for a while . She was very kind and considerate. Took her time and listened to me and explained everything to me as to what she thought and what she wanted to do. She did a biopsy and walked me through all of that. It was practically pain free no problem at all. I look forward to going for my return visit in a month Lord Willing. I Think She's A Keeper!!!

Dr Julia Kwan gave me the skin check of all skin checks and I so appreciate her thoroughness, hyper-vigilance and kind bedside manner. Basal cell carcinoma is so treatable if you catch it early. Special shout-out to cool nurse Helen who made everything so easy. Love this place - it was worth the 1 hour drive each way, and I have already made my appointment for next year!

I've been with this office for some years now. And they are very friendly people an helpful. They give you the truth straight up and will work with you to get better. I love it here. Keep up the good work.

Rachel is the BEST! She was kind and compassionate. Made me feel totally comfortable with my weird skin issues. Provided treatments professionally and efficiently. Will definitely be only going to her in the future!

Love this place. I've been a patient for a couple years and always felt very comfortable in this office. It's clean, people are nice, and I was seen promptly each time. The nurse practitioner knew exactly what was going on with my skin and how to take care of it.
