If I could I would give a zero star. No one in this office is on the same page. You see one nurse practitioner that says don't use this because it will damage your skin. All to have another one say no I need you to use it, it's a small dose. Then everyone in there tries to figure out what the other employee was thinking. They have misdiagnosed several times. Some of the staff talks in third person saying they are acting as an outside person to try and have an outside view of themselves. Always double booked so now you're just a number to them. When you tell them things are worse or ask them to look at the issue they just rush through it and don't care. They state that you don't have something to tell you that you have what they said you didn't. None of their lab results are consistent with any other places labs that are the same lab request. They will tell you someone you requested is on vacation or out of the office. No possibility to leave message for return call unless you call the number and get someone that's not in that office. Unsanitary. You will walk into a room that has surgical equipment and medical supplies like needles left in the room right next to where you sit, all for them to say I don't know why that's there. But I'm told they clean every room before a new patient enters. Well I have pictures that say otherwise. Just horrible all around. Before I took the pictures it was all opened. Once I said something they covered it then threw it away when I complained again. Shows it wasn't cleaned. So what else in this office isn't done properly?

My first time at this office was very unpleasant. Not only did I wait over 2 hours to be seen, they completely forgot I was in the waiting room.. & laughed about it amongst their colleagues..When I was finally seen, the aid lacked simple compassion & customer service skills. She spoke with an attitude & there was no connection made between her and I. When dr came, we spoke for less than a minute, just to be told I have to come back in a month. Over all, it was not a great experience.

Horrible service we waited over an hour and a half with an appointment. The facility was also super dirty. I would not recommend this place.

PA Amber Aulick and her assistant, Ashley, were thorough and had a pleasant bedside manner. Other staff were friendly and helpful as well. I give 5 stars for overall. However, I was there at 8:13 for 8:15 appointment and waited an hour. Part of that was filling out paperwork. Once I got into a room, I was seen pretty quickly. I would recommend this PA and office.

I didn't want to go because all the bad reviews. Sitting there filling out the new patient package was average. Got to the back and was smooth sailing. Did an biopsy the same day. Just have a little patience

I was fired from my Uber eats job because of Chelsie she spoke to me in such rude manner .. waited on her to come grab her order she took forever to come out .25mins to be exact smh The women there just laughed at me as I was waiting to drop off n get a code Had other orders besides hers that were late due to her making me wait so long ..after all that she still put a complaint against me saying she didn’t get her food and I wasn’t in the right as I delivered with my son … the part of my job was I was able to do so as a single mom And shouldn’t matter , I did my job and was on time !!! Like is that how you treat your patients?!! Just rude staff overall

First time here, staff was very friendly and understanding. George up front seemed busy busy but handled it well and professionally. I’m left with positive vibes and cheerful smiles. Look forward to my next visit

My medical procedures was well done, hardly noticeable on the right side near ear globe, and the physician was very considerate as removing cancer . He was very polite as well professional. The staff at this facility are extraordinary, I give them 💯 on professions. 😊
