Berts is a MAJOR rip off!! They literally have a $2000 dealership mark up on their price tag. They tried to quote me $11700 otd for a $7500 bike. After negotiation, the final sale price was $10400. I just took it as is, but the very next place I called quoted me $9100 otd for the EXACT same bike, off the bat without negotiation. Luckily I was able to cancel the deal, and buy an upgraded ABS model somewhere else for one THOUSAND dollars cheaper.. I understand that that's the business, but do you really want to give that business to such a dishonest company? I highly recommend to go ANYWHERE besides Berts. I used to say Berts was a good place to sit on bikes to decide what you want, but even their show room is limited now

Purchased 2 new wave runners yesterday and was told everything was checked and fluids were topped off. Signed a paper saying the techs double check everything on the ski and all is good. Drove hour and a half home started to check the skis and add fire extinguisher etc. thought to double check oil levels and they were EMPTY!!! The technician didn’t check everything it was a lie. If this wasn’t checked by me the skis would have overheated or burned up at the lake. They don’t care about the customers only the money. I contacted them and all I got was sorry and bring your skis in and we will put oil back in them. I recommend to look other places for skis and motorcycles with better customer service.. ZERO stars if I could rate them.

We took the Can-am to have the caliber breaks changed and they had it for almost three months. Without notice they called me on a Friday and demanded me to pick up the ATV during the week or else they would start charging me daily parking fees!!. I ended up picking the ATV that same Friday and as soon as I got there they told me the whinges had a short circuit and they wanted to charge me for something they had messed up with because when I took it in it didn't have any other issues. They had it for two more weeks and told we they couldn't put the new part because it was welded and made a big story to which I just told them to give me the part and I would do it myself and they still charged me $200 for supposedly fixing the wires that were wrong but ended up doing a big mess in the Can-am. Guess they don't have well trained or certified technicians. Be careful to check the conditions of your ATV before you leave it and that is if you are willing to risk having them mess it up at the shop

Marked up to a crazy price. I was naïve to buy it. They ripped me off once. But will not see me again. What you prefer? Happy customer that will come again and recommend the business to his friend, OR one time customer and you make additional 2-3k? Poor management and common sense. My friend buying a jetski also, and I recommend my friend to shop around.

Everyone who helped us out were so nice and professional. We came in for a new razor and left with a razor and more. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was 100%. Everyone made the process easy and fast. We will definitely be returning for another purchase. This team is amazing! Larry and Gary were amazing and really provided the best experience ever! And also the staff member that helped us out at the end was super helpful!

I have bought several rides from Berts ranging from dirt bike, waverunners, and a street bike. The salesman Dexter and manager Magic were awesome. I highly recommend this place for all your play toys.

I was on my way to check out a bike at another dealer but thought I’d stop at Bert’s first since it was close to home. I never ended up going to the other dealer and bought my bike here. I got a great deal on a Kawasaki z650rs. The sales guy Chase was great as well as the finance and management team. It was a smooth and easy process and I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you guys.

Sales rep Adam was great. Just did not understand why two closers/managers presented me two higher OTD price. Price should get lower with each closer, until I get the price I want. But I got the deal I wanted. Got there at 10am, hauled the bike at 1pm. That was a quick sale for me. I’d go here again.

Thank you Bert’s mega mall you guys made my family happy they are beyond excited for their summer break. I walked in seeing if you had boats on your store Sunday morning and left 1hr later owning a AR190 super fast service. We would definitely come back for any new toys we dream of!!! Went into Bert’s just to look at the selection of jet ski’s. Ended up finding one that caught my eye and I never felt any pressure at all. We ran the numbers and they were even able to match and beat a competitors pricing. We locked in the deal and the did a little how to on taking care and using the jet ski for the first time. If your looking for a large selection and helpful staff I can’t go wrong at Bert’s Mega Mall.

Went to the Expo in Pomona to help my best friend out at his booth. While we were there, I was able to check out some of the dealers. I was able to get some help from Bert’s!! Thank you DJ and Jordan for helping us get into a new RZR Pro R!!! They were also able to get it ready the same day so I didn’t have to drive back since I’m not from the area. The owner was also awesome!! Once I got to the store, the staff there were able to get me in and out within the hour!! Awesome crew!!! Thank you guys!!!!

Be advised that the "Bert's Price" means nothing at all. Clicking on the quote button doesn't mean you will get a quote, you will get a sales guy calling you who still has no idea what the price is because they have a $2,500 to $3,000 markup that is on top of "Bert's Price". Also forget about the sales guy knowing the rebate offers because "we carry many brands and can't keep track of the rebates". I even called back to talk to "George" who claims to be the internet sales manager, nice guy but admitted that "Bert's Price" is before any insane added markup that they decide they want to charge. Very deceptive company in my opinion.

Chip, the guy that helped us with picking out a bike, was the absolute coolest dude; definitely recommend this place and Chip specifically! Give that man a raise genuinely, he was the actual coolest.

Sales (Harley) and financing was great and would recommend to family and friends. Pretty much a good experience all around. Car took a little longer to arrive than expected. Other then that it would have been a 5 star review.

We made a purchase last week. Salesman was great. However I can't say the same for the person who assisted us in the finance department. His name was cesar, it was HORRIBLE. this guy made us sign, sign, and sign. But not once did he take the time to further explain what documents we signed. I called him out on it, and I was furious. I let him know how unprofessional he was. He needed to explain further what each document was instead of rushing us. We signed everything in less than 5 minutes. When picking up the keys of the ATV we purchased I notify the gentleman if there was a supervisor I could speak to since I was not happy at ALL.! I spoke to lucky, and explain what happened. He was very apologetic. I was told I would get to speak to his boss, Kevin. However till this day I have not received a call. Learning experience!

Bert’s Mega Mall is a highly known location for their off reading supplies as well retail sellers of off raising equipment as well. The issue I’ve encountered is the service my father was provided after purchasing two 2023 Can-Am’s. Can-Am are known to be one of the best off roading vehicles to utilize. The term of off roading means, the activity or sport of driving a motor vehicle over rough terrain. We just made the purchase of the Can-Am and barely took it out for its first ride, when utilizing the Can-Am for about a mile and half out, the tire blew out. How is it possible for this to occur and not only be told that there isn’t anything they could do for us, it isn’t about the money, it’s about the principle and the service that is provided. Defective objects do exist and that is what the tire was, a defective tire. An accident could have occurred if someone that wasn’t as knowledgeable of operating a vehicle such as a Can-Am, and knows how to the control the off roading vehicle encounters an issues such as these, my question is what would of occurred if someone without knowledge wasn’t present there? Many incidents such as these occur when defective items are being sold. Please take responsibility for the equipment that is being sold and the service that is being provided. My goal is to prevent for another situation such as this to occur and prevent any fatal accidents.
