Cool place for some carting fun. Just don’t come when there’s a party… especially when there are 3 parties simultaneously. It took us about 4 hours for our turn to come after them messing up the system. They apologized and gave us a free race which I appreciated. Unfortunately we also raced with some entitied brats who apparently are there all the time and that made our racing experience not so great.

The go kart track is a fun experience, the place is clean and family friendly; however, I get the feeling that this place needs to pay their employees better! The employees at K1 Speed have the worse attitudes I have ever witnessed. I'm sure they have to deal with entitled, rude, "the rules don't apply to me" customers all day but to assume that all customers are the same is bad for business. I witnessed an employee kicking the gate open and walking off, I witnessed an employee getting upset with a customer while putting in food orders, I was apprehensive about ordering for myself. We celebrated my bonus son's 13th birthday and each of us that raced did not have the best experience with an employee on the track or serving food. (My husband and 2 boys) I didn't catch his name but he was sarcastic and "annoyed" with some racers on the track over the smallest things. I noticed he was much more rude to female drivers. These are children! I am a grown woman so I can handle myself but to be annoyed with a child that is trying to figure out how to operate her go kart was despicable to see. I also didn't appreciate waiting 45 minutes for "loaded nachos" and then being called to race 3 minutes after it arrived only to sit in the pit for 15 minutes waiting to race. My customer service experience at K1 speed was not so great. The atmosphere was fun though. I am glad we didn't rely solely on the kart racing to be our son's birthday celebrating. To have such a nice facility the attitudes reek and the registration computers are terrible. Yikes! Pay these people better!

The track is well designed. The karts handle well, but are unergonomic. If you're any taller than 6' your knees'll be in different time zones. Nice decorations, clean bathroom, full bar, tasty foodstuffs and friendly staff. Shaking customers down for an extra $7 apiece by forcing them to purchase annual memberships -- even if the customers live nowhere need branches of K1 Speed -- is unconscionable!

The business applies a 3.25% surcharge for using any card. This is penalizing the customers preferred method of payment. $64.95 plus the “non cash fee” for 3 races. Arrived on a Thursday night and was able to catch every other race. The carts are of varying quality and it is luck that you get one that can place the fastest laps. 12 laps per race, the 1st is spend pretty much in idle. The next 3-6 are spent at moderate speed depending on the vibe of the employee holding the controller. Then the other half, are spent going full speed. This assumes you don’t have someone in the race that can’t drive. Honestly finding a hard time justifying the price. The whole race should be at max speed. The surcharge rubs me the wrong way. I have heard this place gets way busier on the weekend.

This place is amazing. I Haven gym near Burbank / Glendale. I was apprehensive to take my kids here because they're a bit on the young side and I wasn't sure how it was organized and structured to make sure that the younger kids were not intimidated by the older kids. But they have it ALL figured out! I was SO pleased with the customer service and how supportive the staff were when we told them it was our first time here. BIG shout out to **NATHAN** for being the most awesome and helpful person in the room! He coached our kids on how to drive safely and have a super fun time. Nathan was so friendly and approachable. He made us feel welcome and we're definitely going to come back here because of him and the other awesome team members here.

What an AMAZING place to spend the day with my Family. This was my first time there and I had a Blast. The prices were very decent to the Excitement you will have. Since it was my first time in a race cart, and they go up to 45 MPH. I did not do so we. I placed 4th in my second race, but in my last race I finished #2. THE PIT crew as friendly, fun and the made feel like they enjoyed helping me and they were there very friendly. I got there when they opened up at 10:00am but as soon as I walked thru the door they became very busy. I will be returning and so will you. What a AMAZING experience.

First time visiting. Had an event for my son's 15th bday. All racers and spectators had a great time. The facility was very clean. Arcade had a good selection of games. All the staff (check-in, concessions, race track attendants and manager) were very friendly, courteous, and answered all my questions. Would definitely come back. Only down side I had was issues getting my confirmation for the event and had a tough time getting anyone on the phone, but Amador from the sales team emailed me and got everything squared away. Overall awesome experience.

My kids loved it! Staff was great, place was nice and clean, the arcade games were a huge huge plus ➕️. Be aware that the waiting time on Sunday/Saturday is longer than weekdays. What kept my kids busy was the arcade games. It took them about 45 min to get on the trail, but it was worth every min, they had such a good time. I highly recommend it for kids age 7 and up (male sure they are 48 inches and up). Another excellent thing there they have beer 🍺 😀 so if you aren't planning on going on with your kids, you. An emjoy some beer 🍺 and chips while waiting.

Very entertaining place, but to expensive. The worst part is, when you use your credit card, they charge you 3 or 4 % percentage just for using CC every time and for everything. Not to many arcade options, let me add... the party room didn't have air conditioning also no air at all... it was like a sauna... But the staff was very helpful... nothing to complain 😌 After this pandemic, we're glad to have them back in business 😎🙌

My friend from San Diego and I had a SPLENDIFEROUS and Amazing time racing each other at this location! The entire staff were VERY hospitable and polite to us. It was our first time being there but I'm quite sure it won't be our last. The facility just needs some AC but the fans were still holding down and cooling the place. 😁🤙🏾

I’ve shared my review to Yelp but I’ll also share my experience here as well... The BEST KART INDOOR RACING LOCATION EVER!! This facility was packed with fun activities to do with your family and children friendly. Very nice and detailed beautifully to give that true race car driver feeling. It felt like I was at a real race car arena!! It was the best presentation of entertainment I've ever seen. We loved the arcade section, the well-lit signs, seating area, designs throughout the facility, cleanliness of the restrooms and MORE! The gear that you need to wear before safely driving, is given to you. A face-mask protecter, along with a nice design helmet. These are required to wear, for safely is top priority. Height required is at 48in and there's no getting a pass on that. You MUST meet the height requirement, or you will not be able to drive. It's a one-seater only. Make sure that you have experience with driving a kart with smaller groups so that you won't be in fear of the other drivers, because after all it is a SPEED RACER. You will be driving around curves and turns but you MUST BE SAFE! This isn't a bumper car racer, that'll lead to extreme danger if these precautions aren't taken seriously. Other than that, if you don't drive you can enjoy the food, the views, the arcade room (which is HUGE!), and plentiful great tunes that are playing through the speakers. All-in-all this is the best place to go with friends, family, your children, plan a party or thran event. It's well worth every penny. Customer services and hosts were beyond professional, helpful, and assertive. Top tier respectful representatives here. This place is a MUST GO! THUMBS UP!

SOOO FUN! I went with a with my friends to enjoy a night out and we had a blast, everyone was very nice and gave us all the information needed before we started our race. I would defiantly visit this track if you're looking to do something different and fun.

I had a great time at K1 Speed with our team from work. I haven't driven a go-kart in a while, and the speed and condition of the track were incredible and super fun. Will definitely be going back!!!

Wait time for 2 Rides was 1hr and half. Not sure why, but 4 other parties arrived afterwards and they got on before we did. We killed time with the arcade located in the rear of the facility. But other then that we enjoyed it. The $5.00 bucks extra for the camara recording was definitely worth it. Very clear video and sound. We were able to download the recordings on many devices. The pizza was also good, thin crust, plenty of cheese and fresh. We will come again and check out the waiting time, hopefully it isn't as long. The rides are pretty fast, one of my guest got really dizzy and I did notice the competition is real here. Some of the patrons take these races seriously. I drive for a living so for me and my guest, it's just golf carts to have a little bit of fun. All the carts are slowed down and evened stopped when something occurs on the track. So thats a pretty cool safety precaution. If you've never been here before, expect to dish out $59.00 plus tax (per person) for two rides and a year round membership, a free shirt and a head gourmet (4 different colors) that's put on before you put on the helmet. The ride times are about 5 to 6 minutes long. Not to shabby.

Went during a lull, so there were basically no wait times. Only went on the go carts. It was our first time going so we each had to pay the additional fee for a membership ($8 each plus the one race fee of $28, coming to the grand total of $36 per person). Helpful staff. Didn’t check out the game room or the food but the go carts were fun! Would recommend for a special occasion.

Great experience lots of fun racing. The race staff was great. It's really hot in there especially in the game area. The pool tables didn't work all the time. Also there wasn't enough staff to man the food area so getting a drink or snacks took forever.

Carts were funs but better when they were gas powered (just my opinion). It is definitely geared more for kids. Extremely hot. There is no ac in the building so prepare to sweat. I mean really sweat. Like drenched after a downpour sweat. The staff was great and friendly. Carts we cool but they have speakers to make them sound like indy cars which I felt was a little childish. Again just my opinion. I would bring my kids there but wouldn't go as an adult on my own again. One other item. If you are going with a party book ahead. We had yo wait a while to race and couldn't go together.( our fault not theirs.

Great fun for the family. They were understaffed for a Saturday and we waited 30 minutes to reach the cashier. An associate should've mentioned to register prior. Time would've been saved. Nonetheless, necessary evil for this fun experience for my boys.

It was a fun experience, week days there is no line but weekends there is 3-4 waiting time they open weekends till 12 am and weekdays till 10pm

The karts are good fun to drive, and the track is good, but a little on the small side. A full lap is only around 25 seconds. The safety briefing was quick and let us get going quickly, it’s fairly expensive though. And being forced to pay a membership fee of $8 just for a one off race is unreasonable.

This was my first time back to any K1 in California in 3 years and it was probably one of the best times I've had in a while. It might not be the best track but I had a lot of fun. Wait times weren't too long and I got a free race for my birthday. The employees are friendly and the pizza was pretty good for how cheap it was

K1 was really fun. Loved the vibe. They had a arcade. Food. Beer. TVs to watch the game. Or you could watch people race. Good times. Cars are super uncomfortable. Some handle better than others. I’m definitely sore 3 days later after doing 3 races. They’re also no specific on how each race works. We all found out at the end. First two races are based on your lap time. Position doesn’t matter. Last race position did matter. And they tally that up for the top 3 players. Our races would have been different if we knew that maybe.

Whoever was bartender/concession on the 7th of July was so helpful, helped me pick out my drink and was so kind overall thank you so much! This place is very nice I did get bumped a few times on the track but all good!! Super fun!!

Experience was terrific for my grandson all around. My only complaint was the lack of attention by race monitors regarding helmets of returning riders. There were many who did not place their helmets on the to-be-cleaned rack, and mixing them in with the clean helmets

I loved it and it was extremely fun and entertaining although a huge down side is the balance between the race and price of $35 first time due to the membership of $7 extra and then the fact that you have to pay a lot for an extremely short amount of time for the arcade games.

Great fun for my son's birthday. Cars and track were in good shape. The wait between races was a bit long but not bad. K1 does not have air conditioning, and it was a hot day, so it was quite uncomfortable inside. Just give kudos on their pizza. We half expected frozen cardboard pizza, but it was REALLY good. Everyone was pleasantly surprised how good it was. I would definitely go back, maybe for my own birthday!

Excellent go-kart spot. Hard working crew and decent racing when you get the right drivers. I enjoyed the free race on my birthday and have been back three times. Hope to come back often.

Great customer service!!!! We arrived around 10:30 Saturday night and they had told us they were booked for the entire night. At first we were bummed out because we had family from Mexico visiting and they were looking forward to racing. After talking it over with our family, We had gone back to get more information on the best times to come back the following day. We had mentioned that we had family from Mexico visiting and the guy who had previously helped us got us in that same night!!!! I wish i could remember his name, but he was super nice! He told us to fill out the registration and got us set up for the night. We raced two times and had an incredible night. I couldn't be anymore thankful!! WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!
