This lady is useless over there. Not helpful at all. She should be sent for special training not only for how to speak to customers but also for basic soft skills. She thinks she is doing favour to customers and her father owns MI. I even observed her to talk harshly with simple village people who come to store. And she thinks she doing great service to humanity for working during Covid19. Now on no buying MI and I will tell all my friends etc not to buy MI. if the company can not employ professional representatives to deal with customers it's pointless to go to service center and buy the product 😡😡

We would not give even one star for this. This is an official service center for MI related products. My experience with MI products and it's service station is pethatic. First thing they will not register a case for the problem which may require higher resolution time as this lowers their over all ratings with MI. Secondly even after knowing the problem they will not replace the faulty parts in first case. They will just refresh and give your product back. In my case had to visit 7 times for the same problem. And than finally after I took matter to social media problem resolved. This place is always crowded with customers with complaint and the staff is also rude.

Worst service , they took my phone for whole day and after that they returned my phone with more issues and said this is not our fault and said new part will come in 1week , until u have to put your phone here for whole 1week

Worst experience ever I'm very unsatisfy from service 😡staff need more educated -I submitted mi band 6 it has battery drain issue -It was giving 4 days battery backup instead of 14 days -They took mi band 6 for 7 days check -And they refused to replace and say "mi brand claim 14 days backup to just show customer It's actual battery backup is only 4 days. -they give back my mi band 6 with some scratches -i don't recommend you to visit this type of service centre who has lake of knowledge and brilliant staff 🚫 don't visit 🚫 SHAME ON YOU GUYS SAME ON MI SERVICE

If you talk politely though they keep behave and talk with Arrogant. Because of their boss and leaders their employees are behave badly with customers. It's feel like these type of employees are shame for company like Mi & Xiaomi.

Very rude and impolite manner used by the staff members.also the service was also very poor, so much time waste. In the phone call answer person is so stupid and shows unnecessary attitude with the consumers, n some time they ask for money without giving bill of that. Overall, it's time consuming and consequently not good outcome. I think authorities take some steps on that concerns.

Your management is not proper and your help line number is fake. As ,there are no another numbers to contact you. And the number is switched off. As you are saying that the store is open,but while when I coming for my problem the store is close. Why is this so? As we are having lot's of work and you are giving us this type of results. As also solving the issue.. We are having same issue again and again. So you are not having proper managers to repair the phone. Please look towards your store.

This is very expensive place and If you do as they say(i.e. changing the faulty component on there prizes) than your data will be safe other wise if you just estimate the prize do not replace the issue than your data will be gone How that possible This is purely bukchodi

Each customer visits to the service center for full fill there needs by solving the problem. This is the center to which customer need aren't at all full filled one should ignore going to this center because 1. Poor service 2. Wild behavior to the approaching customer 3. Unsolved problem 4. Repeating there things instead of listening us I just wish this service centre gets stop and visit other centre Thanks....

Pretty good place. I have been to this place 3-4 times and the staff present here is responsive and friendly. This is a service center of MI and it provides services for most of the products. The place follows COVID 19 protocols.

I had issue about MI tv installation and I was searching customer service centers number of MI, reading the reviews which cast most employees rude and unprofessional, I called the number on picture at about 8 am on other side the guy was really polite talked in a respectful way and helped me even though it's just mobile service center.. and I am calling way before their opening time of 10AM.. for me it's nice service.. thank you..
