Faltu courier service. Never Use this service. Instead of this Indian speed post is best. If you have any problem regarding your courier no one will respond to you . Instead they will block. I have send parcel from Pune to Kota on 23 November and the person told me that it will reach on 27 November but it has been 6 days i didn't receive , also I tried calling them but they told it is not our responsibility , we have send the package also the customer service has switch off this phone and when I try calling the manager he give only excuses. ONE OF THE MOST WORST SERVICE OF INDIA. THEY SHOULD BE BANNED AND BLACKLISTED. THEY JUST FOOL PEOPLE.

Sent a consignment from Kota to Pune on 8th, reached destination city on 11th morning but couldn't deliver till 14th. Neither receive call, nor reply over mail... Useless service... avoid this courier...

I don't have choice to rate with 0 star. So I am rating with 1. Couriered from kota to gandhinagar with 2 days delivery promise it is 5 days still not delivered. Moreover they are not picking the phone or not responding nicely

The worst courier in Kota or India .. The delivery office says if its urgent you come and collect. Use Speed post better than this courier. The manager says i am busy now call after 1pm.Delhi office answers the call but will not support for Kota delivery issues. Hyd head office no body answers. So.... COURIER AT YOUR OWN RISK BE IT DOMESTIC OR INTERNATIONAL.

Indian speed post is much better and more professional than this courier...very bad experience...never wrote any negative comment like this in public before but my experience forced me do it...I will never use this courier service again👎

Only name is professional... Highly unprofessional services... I booked my cycle on 22 April paid the price equal to safex express. I got promise to deliver it at destination by 25 April. Till now on 28 there is no clue about my parcel. When you call them they give you wrong information saying it has reached but after few calls to here and there I was given stupid excuse that because of PM rally your parcel was stuck...
