My friend had stayed here. I've recommended for its place and price. I wasn't disappointed, him too. He was happy with service and quality. He spent a week there.

An amazing hotel with a fantastic team of staff especially the concierge. Had a 2 bedroom suite which was spacious with very comfortable beds. You do need to book into the pool & spa area as they only allow 20 guests at a time to use it which is not many for such a big hotel.

Open pool inside hotel is not bad. But service could be better.

The worst experience I ever have I wonder how they get 5 stars it should 1 star maximum the curtain was very old the sun will wake you up at 6 am And the ac system very old only heater work The check in time was 2 pm the check out they call at 12 pm The phone not working they call you for check out but no vice Also the service was very I complain for the curtain manny time no response As well I ask for iron they bring it after one day Not clean hotel room Please Don't ruin your vacation in this hotel

It was pleasant experience. The room is big in size. Bed is very comfortable. Restroom is wide, and has nice Jacuzzi bath/hot tub. Breakfast is very good, and has many options. Staff members are helpful and speak English. The hotel has other services like pool, spa, sona/steam bath, etc. It has a shuttle to downtown "Port Baku Mall/Park Bulvar" every a half hour. It is a 5 star hotel.

Absolutely loved this hotel and the staff. They did everything possible to make my daughter and I comfortable. Rooms are comfortable and come with tea pot. If you order room service it is prompt and delicious. The spa and pool complex are just spectacular . You will have to add a day to your trip to Baku just to enjoy the hotel! All staff is multilingual! If I am ever fortunate enough to return to Baku I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your kindness .

The hotel is located at a great location - very close to Hyder Eliyev Centre. Every famous place is 15-20 mins away by taxi, which costs very reasonable. The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful - makes your stay as comfortable as possible. My personal favourite is Jalal, who is like a brother now. He made sure we get the experience we hoped for. Jamal and Pari are also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to baku.

Best hotel in Baku! Wow! Very luxurious. Much better than the big chains like Hyatt’s Marriott, Hilton. Beautiful rooms. The gym is absolutely amazing. Pool for swimmers. Nice spa. The service is impeccable. They truly go above and beyond. Very good value for money. Convenient location. The locals love this hotel. It has a very good reputation. Take the package deal with breakfast. Amazing value and really good food. The sales manage Mr is awesome and very accommodating. Very genuine staff. I will definitely return.

Nice place to stay in for a few days. The staff are friendly and the location of this hotel makes it a perfect starting point for most of Baku’s attractions. There are a few annoying things like some in-operational mini bars and poor AC in some rooms but generally speaking, it’s a good place.

I would say the grand and glorious hotel loosing it's glow, Awestruck beautiful entrance , Comfortable rooms but the presentation rooms and equipments to be improved as the the latest technology. Food is not good for Indians as You will not be able to differentiate the Non veg and Veg dishes. But the Taste is delicious. Buffet room is well decorated. The location is superb, the view of Hyder Ali Museum is spectacular. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

Very good swimming pool. Breakfast is OK for this price but lunch is great value.

Considered as royal place. However, there is some concerns.. 1. Air-condition is not very good. just accepted. 2. Beds also has a very soft mattress, which is not comfortable. 3. Breakfast also is not really good. What's good is you can invite a guest for 20 Manat per night :)

- Long time check in and the room set up was not according to the booking and request. - Swimming pool supervisor is lying in regard to the hotel rules in order to push the guests for more payment. - Not friendly neither helpful staff. + Gr8 GYM.

I sent my information to your hotel, but I did not receive any response from the hotel. In my opinion, you should monitor the performance of the bank so that your customers are satisfied with you.

The staff was friendly and very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were well stocked and very clean. The location was convenient to get around via taxi. The breakfast was nice but a little underwhelming. Pool, fitness and spa area very nice.

Everything excellent, nice jacquzzi breakfast mini bar and view of greens outside . Very convenient shuttle bus to centre (maximum 10 minutes ) This place could easily be a 5 star if they improved the cleaning level. Some stains here and there which was suprising . Maybe time for revamp of pillows and sheets ect... apart from that highly recommended

I have traveled to many places. And this is my first time to see a hotel like this. Starting with the room cleaning is really poor. The bed blanket is not changed, the bathroom they will only replace the towels. Next with the service, no one will help you when you have many pages. The room decoration is so old and the AC will work good only for certain time and then it will changed into hot climate. Breakfast variety is poor. At the end I don’t recommend this hotel.

Rooms are very comfortable. Bathroom is amazing with jacuzzi. Staff are friendly.. GYM is huge. Breakfast can be better.
