We
enjoyed
our
stay
at
this
hotel.
The
hotel
is
clean
and
comfortable
with
nicely
refreshed
public
spaces,
and
I
really
enjoyed
the
vibrant
green
color.
As
globalist
members,
we
were
greeted
personally
and
given
a
very
large
suite.
The
room
was
clean,
comfortable
and
spacious,
but
it
was
also
dated
in
decor
and
quite
dim
if
you
wanted
to
be
picky.
However,
it
suited
us
well
and
we
were
well
cared
for
with
a
generous
welcome
gift
and
excellent
housekeeping.
I
especially
liked
the
comfortable
couches
and
two
bathrooms
in
the
suite.
Many
people
took
care
of
us
at
the
hotel
and
the
staff
was
always
quick
to
help.
Kamaran
was
very
cheerful
and
friendly
when
welcoming
us
to
the
cheerful
and
very
pretty
restaurant.
We
found
the
restaurant
staff
to
be
helpful
and
professional,
and
the
breakfast
was
varied
with
many
local
foods
(even
fresh
feijoa
and
persimmon).
The
omelet
chef
was
very
good.
One
suggestion
would
be
to
have
bowls
at
the
area
with
the
cereals,
there
never
were
any
and
we
always
had
to
ask.
Eliza
was
also
very
kind
and
helpful
and
made
our
stay
more
smooth.
The
one
place
we
found
clear
opportunity
for
improvement
was
at
the
Regency
Club.
It
very
much
appeared
to
be
an
afterthought
and
not
up
the
attention
to
detail
of
other
parts
of
the
hotel.
Each
night
it
served
a
variety
of
cold
vegetables,
a
couple
of
sandwiches
in
the
fridge,
one
hot
entree
(always
some
meat
and
some
potato
when
we
were
there)
and
a
soup.
The
food
was
fine,
but
there
was
really
no
lounge
service,
you
weren't
greeted
by
the
man
who
was
(sometimes)
there,
and
if
you
needed
something
(butter
for
bread,
ketchup
for
potatoes)
the
answer
was
a
curt
"no".
On
our
first
night
there
was
a
table
with
wine
and
liquor,
but
the
white
wine
and
prosecco
were
warm,
and
there
was
no
ice.
On
the
second
night
there
was
no
alcohol
out,
so
I
ask.
He
asked
what
I
wanted
(I
wasn't
sure)
so
I
sad
red
wine,
and
brought
it
out
from
a
store
room,
poured
a
glass,
and
then
took
it
away
back
to
the
storeroom.
The
same
thing
when
I
asked
an
hour
later
for
a
second
glass.
It
was
very
odd,
and
I
felt
like
I
had
to
bother
him
and
was
confused.
Overall,
it
was
fine,
but
management
needs
to
visit
the
Regency
Club
or
get
more
feedback
on
this,
small
changes
could
bring
big
improvement,
such
as
a
smiling
and
friendly
staff
person
who
was
willing
to
help.
Lastly,
the
entire
time
we
were
there
there
was
some
literally
rotting
grapefruit
water
in
the
lobby
that
was
never
updated
or
replaced
and
you
could
see
how
old
it
was.
It's
a
good
place
to
stay
for
your
holiday
and
a
few
more
attention
to
details
would
make
it
a
fantastic
place
and
we
are
glad
that
we
chose
the
Hyatt
Regency
Baku
and
hope
to
return
someday
and
see
an
improved
Club
Lounge
product.
