This is relatively new hotel, walking distance from the centre. Have two view sides, garden and sea sides, sea side more expensive. The hotel is clean with good services. Rooms are big. Rain shower is a great. Breakfast is good, but could be better. 15th floor sitting with 360 view of the city. This hotel is nice but if I would visit Baku again I would look for a hotel closer to every thing.

Wonderful experience of food at 15th Restaurant at 15th floor. Huge variety of yummy salads & main dishes. Beautiful view of Caspian Sea & flame towers while eating our lunch. Staff is professional & friendly. We loved each moment & highly recommended for Halal food. Will visit next time as well.

This hotel has been a standard 5 star hotel experience for our family where the breakfast is classic (no additions) and the rooms are spacious, the service is quite fast but sometimes the receptionists don’t understand our fluent English when we ask for something. The location is very good everything is around and the view is wonderful. However I have 2 notes: 1. They gave us a room full of smoking smell although I have a baby with me and it is a nonsmoking floor !!! 2. They gave us 2 rooms away from each other and I need the second room for my kids so it has to be near each other. Their excuse is the hotel is full... well I made the reservation 2 weeks before we reached the hotel!!! Although I asked to move my room they said upon availability but they did nothing.

Great location, neat and clean hotel, and above all of that nice and kind staff... I had a great experience in this place although I was hoping to find a swimming pool in it, but what I mentioned in the beginning made me forget about it.

Good quality service, excellent well mannered reception and staff. Cleanliness is well maintained. Ample space for parking. Presenting the awesome view. Located at the best cool and calm place where taxis and all accommodation is easily accessible. Very near to Nizami Street, shopping place.

Very good location and rooms were clean and quiet. They upgraded our reservation as we arrived late at night. Breakfast was normal not a lot of choices were provided.

I have been for a day. it was quite central and convenient. Staffs are concerned about you. They had upgraded my room for no charge. It was satisfying so much for me. if you have anything to do in Baku, that is the place meeting your needs.

Nice location within walking distance to downtown.. the hotel is clean and quite. Breakfast is nice and they have variety.. the prices are above average in Baku.. I went there two times and they gave me free breakfast once and up grade on the second time.

My first impression wasn’t good actually because the reception room was ugly and not promising to be honest. But all that changed whne I went to my room. It was amazing, good looking and very clean. I gave it 4 stars because of they don’t have any thing to offer for guests.

Probably one of the best place with a reasonable rate and excellent location. We opted for breakfast to be included and loved the variety and taste. Fountain Square and many other locations are walkable. Strongly recommended.

Location of the hotel is amazing. The city centre is at the back of the hotel and the front view is that of the highway and buildings. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staffs are polite and food is amazing. Enjoyed my stay. Happy experience.

Looks like a big hotel, but it was surprisingly functional! Air conditioning worked! Hot water worked after only a few seconds! Comfortable bed! I was very happy with our stay.

Lovely hotel, clean and good location. Staff are cooperative. Gulnar at the reception was very helpful as we wanted some information regarding opening of the museum. She went out of her way to call them.

The hotel is modern and the rooms very spacious. Situated maybe in the best location with easy access to the city center combining great view. The F&B department of the hotel really needs to be improved. It's below average and their behavior in many occasions not even professional. Unfortunately they are ruing a good overall effort.

In all my trips to Baku I choose Winter park hotel to stay in as it has a great value plus the friendly staff who are working hard to let your stay more comfortable. The room is spacious and well equipped. The service is amazing. The location of the hotel is a walking distance from Nizami street.

Awesome hotel. Clean rooms and eating area. Lot of options for morning breakfast buffet. Temperature controller in the rooms weren't working properly due to which the room was becoming too warm. Hence we had to open the windows to let the cold breeze come in. Even if you call for help they will advise you to open the windows for the temperature control.

I have found one hotel well cleaned, that had very good standard rooms and gently people. Position is amazing to reach city centre. I recommend to everyone.

Nice hotel but the staff needs some training. Housekeeping was hours late in providing anything asked for. The front desk refused to provide 2 keys for the room and the answer was we are short of extra key cards. This answer was not expected from a huge hotel with really a nice building and beautiful decor. The hotel is 10-12 min walk from the famous fountain square. The breakfast was superb.

A very comfortable classy stay. Staff were consummate professionals, going out of their way to assist me with my daily needs. On arrival they were kind enough to upgrade my room and offer a free breakfast on the first day. The room was huge, well lit and apportioned. The bed was comfortable and the shower was beautiful. The smart climate control added that extra comfort factor and classy touch. The seaside view over the city from my 11th floor room gave a raison d’etre.

I love this hotel. Everything about it is excellent. I am serious. there is no single thing that was unpleasant or out of place in this hotel. Location, food, staff, cleanness, room size. Free upgrade to higher floor. Location is the heart of Nizami district. definitely staying there again, inshallah.

Its new hotel was opened less than a month ago. The room is spacious and has all of the facilities and the city overlooks it. It also isolates the side sounds. The price is cheap and suitable. The staff are all treated ethically and nicely. There is free parking at the basement.

It's a very conveniently centrally located hotel. The downtown area is right behind the hotel. The check in process on the first day took a very long time but subsequently when we checked in again, the process was very smooth. The mattresses are very soft. Didn't get good quality sleep. Otherwise in every other way the hotel is...staff, service and food.... Very good

This hotel is in the heart of Baku and the famous Nizami street was only 5 min walk away. Had an amazing stay experience … The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast menu was extensive and we didn’t have to worry about the Halal food as everything they served was Halal.

Be carful the reception charge the room twice cash and card they are not trusted Be carful from the employee their manger told if they take the money will back to me then he ignore call and txt . If you are care about the customer response to them . I’m really upset and unhappy.

Everyone does their best in order to cater to your needs especially Nigar from guest relations helped me out plan my stay and trip worth remembering. The hotel lies in the heart of the city, most of the attractions are at a walkable distance.

Only one 4-star hotel that is just a 5-10 minute walk from Nizami street. Breakfast is excellent including live eggs, pancakes and a wide variety of coldcuts. Rooms are really spacious and comfy. The housekeeping staff don't understand English, so there the service becomes a bit of problem. However, most of the other people including all receptionists, their travel agent, restaurant staff all understand English. So you can connect with the reception instead of housekeeping if you want anything. I would strongly recommend you to stay at this property.
