Perfect hotel for staying. Staff is very kind and helpful! Reliable to answer anything I ask. Especially the owner of hotel(really helpful in giving tips where to go and what to do). Many thanks to everyone there! Excellent hotel in a quiet location yet not too far from Baku's city center. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Location is also very good. It is perfect for solo, couples, friends and business purpose! Would advice to everyone looking for a great stay while in Baku!

Small rooms, don't know how it's charted as 4 stars. Bathroom is very basic.

My room doesn't have a window so i can't see the view. But it's fine though. Service is good. Staffs are nice. Location is also nice. I noticed there are many hotels in the area with restaurants. But i can't find any supermarket or grocery store while strolling in the neighborhood. Anyhow, it is still ok. Travelled solo with private tour guide and the experience was great.

Everything is fine 🙂 in this hotel 🏨 But one problem Here staff 🙄 can't understand 😒 English But rooms are good But be careful about her staff They cleaned your room without Your permiss😟😟 you must told your Reception don't come and room service behind 😉 me

Das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut .Mir hat nichts gefehlt. Mein Zimmer war total abgewohnt. Es war gereinigt aber nicht wirklich sauber. Ich war eine Nacht da und für den Preis war es ok. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt kommt es für mich nicht in Frage. Die Lage ist eben so wie der Preis. Für den kleinen Geldbeutel ohne großen Anspruch aber ok.

Restaurant was very good. I didn't stay in the hotel. I tried village style chicken n was superb. It has a different taste than other dishes. Highly recommended

Very nice hotel and not far from metro station. I want to thank hotel stuff and restaurant stuff for their friendly attitude and making my stay more enjoyable. In the restaurant the have live music and very delicious food, not expensive. Front office stuff is always ready to help and answer all your questions. In short, I would recommend this hotel for staying. Hope to return ther e very soon. 😍

we nice hotel, i stayed in 4 different hotels, but i found Roayl hotel best, all facilities were better than other hotels, staff very cooperative, breakfast have more dishes, all well,

If u Travel for business is ok. Unfortunately i don't about the prices because always been paid by company . Restaurant good food but always empty if u look for meet people go somewhere else

we had a wonderfull time..massage ..sauna steam.. jacuzzi.. salt room ..body scrub it was worth the money

Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is in a quiet area. I was given a big, nice and comfortable room. The facilities for conference are good. Lunch is tasty.

Low quality! Unfortunately I spent almost 3 weeks here. The rooms are non smoker rooms but whet I got my room there was somoke smell, and int he corridor is smoke smell every they but staff do nothing. My air conditioner system was totaly moldy and smelly, they didn't clean it. The guests are loud, we couldn't sleep more times, but the staff do nothing. The breakfast is low quality and unanimous. It start at 7:00, but sometimes we needed to wait until 7:15, and there was nothing! I dont recommend this accommodatin!

Top place providing authentic Hamam in Baku. A locker is provided to visiting customers to keep their valuables. The service is professional and the staff are very polite. This place is very sparking clean. There is a restaurant inside where you can sit back and relax after the session. Overall, it was a great experience at affordable rates.

I had a great experience staying in this hotel with the staff was incredibly helpful also Mr. SULTAN in the reception and The room was wonderful, clean.
