A modern and new built hotel in the heart of Baku, close to the Haryaliyev Museum, The metro station is near the hotel, Ganjlik mall is just five and a half meters away and there are decent restaurants and shops around Divan Hotel. Kuşabasi Restaurant lie on groudfloor Which is famous for its Turkish cuisine and foods. Akso this restaurant is a branch of Istanbul Kuşabasi.In addition breakfast serves on the upper floor of hotel with live piano playing, which begins a dreamday for every traveler and tourists. Hotel amenities like a sauna and massage and caféteria are excellent. The hotel parking lot is on the back alley. Overall, the hotel is very suitable for a vacation and for families.

The room was clean, but the room service/housekeeping was not good. Although we requested to clean our room, the waste bin in the room was full, and they did not empty it! The safe box did not work. The location was good and the Bravo supermarket was in front of it. The Heydar Aliyev center was just a 10 minute walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast was good.

It is a very good hotel, large rooms and good comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. Good service. I had stayed last year and again this year. I will stay again when I come to Baku

Amazing location and super clean place! Made our experience so comfortable and memorable! The aesthetic is very simple and clean whilst still being modern and the beds are extremely comfortable! The staff were pleasant, accommodating, incredibly friendly and quite helpful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Very bad hotel in a city with some lovely hotels, I don't advise any body to stay , they don't even have enough door key cards i.e 2 persons in one room will only get one card, breakfast is very basic and items when finished won't be refilled before you fight with an attendant !, But the worst is about the safe box as any one can open any safe box by pressing 0 six times ,you can't count on staff promises at all.

Rooms are fairly large with all amenities on can think of, good restaurant breakfast status very good, gymnast small fitted with almost all machines one could ask for, dumbbell smaller than 7. 5 kg not available, there's a cool guy playing piano at breakfast time! Location is also pretty Central. There is no swimming pool though they have a steam and sauna. Most of the staff cannot speak English. There's Access Control in the lift which is good. Most TV channels are in the local language. There is no milk sachet for those people who like morning tea with milk! Also room service is very poor - no one picks up phone after 9; including reception!

Nice Hotel Great staff, cleaning is little poor. Hotel has arranged free cake for my daughter birthday. Arranged breakfast for eraly checkout. Location is perfect

I Just visited this place,however haven't stayed there, but the atmosphere, service and decoration was comfortable, recommended for those who like to travel to Baku to choose this hotel.

Nice hotel, nothing more, nothing less.

Spacious rooms, great restaurant food. Not many English speakers resulting in wrong food orders. Staff can do with a bit of training. Room gets cleaned daily but no toiletpaper, no free water bottles daily, no coffee, sugar or milk refills after the first day. Bad smell in shower.
