not lux, but exellent location, good staffs, almost clean, no elevator. They don't accept or exchang £ and dollar at reception. The breskfast is almost good. Some rooms have balcony otherwise all rooms have big windows with street view: amazing at nights 😍 . Rooms have air conditionar and radiators. There is an electric kettle in room.

Located in centre of the city. All museums are accessible from here. Hotel is clean. The masonry and bathroom fixtures and room are excellent and strong. Cable TV channels are very acceptable. Breakfast was satisfying and all you can eat

Ich hatte ein Handtuch zu wenig. Altes Handtuch wurde mitgenommen aber kein neues hingehängt. Wollte man mir dann am letzten Tag in Rechnung stellen. Ansonsten gutes Hotel

Toller Standort. Mein Zimmer war sehr laut. Club Musik bis in die fruehen Morgenstunden. Lage super direkt in der fussgaengerzone. Zum Hotel viele Treppen ohne Aufzug

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights from Feb 25-Feb 29. Located in Nizami st where you see people having late night walks, restaurants are everywhere, bars are everywhere as well. Free wifi. Free breakfast. Near to the boulevard just like 15-20 min walk. Hotel doesn’t have elevator because it’s an old building but staff will help you take ur luggages. They clean the room everyday and changes our towels everyday.

We chose the Austin hotel because of the location, Nizami street. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Manager Victoria was very professional and understanding. Thank you for making our stay very comfortable

Beside the obvious advantage of location of being right on nizami street rest is awful. No lift, being number downside you have to climb 5 levels up if you are 5th floor. Room service cleans the minibar water mugs right from bathroom sink right Infront of you at one time my wife said that I (her husband) is in washroom so you cannot go in there so what the cleaning lady did was to enter the next empty room and cleaned the mugs from there. Room attendants are rude and always looking for extra tip. If you go for normal room their walls be so small you feel you are in prison make sure you opt for delux room so you can breath a bit easy.

Nice place in the center of city. The rooms are very clean and tidy. Personnel providing good service. Available all hotels services. Bars, shops, cafes and restaurants are nearby.

Pros: Austin Hotel has a great location right in the center of the Nizami Street. Cons: Advertised pictures are not correct and do not represent the true entrance. Daily breakfast has zero variety and very few options. There is no lift / elevator in the property. It's okay for short stays with young people. Not at all recommended for larger families or for old people.

It is a great hotel, the breakfast could be better but there was also no lift as it is a vintage hotel and the architecture was great and the location was also perfect.

Great location with access to all happening parts of baku, by walk. Rooms are big, but old furnishings though, but location negates all short comigs. Staff are humble and attends to requests promptly.

Only the location is good. The breakfast is lousy in the name of buffet, they serve leftovers from previous day. There is no lift and the guy whose job is to carry the bags till your room bugs you until you give huge tips. In our booking we forgot to add the breakfast option and they made us pay 10 azn per person for absolutely nothing. They aren't accommodating. The gym and swimming pool are funny. It's only namesake.

Unfortunately, my experience was bad. I rented a room on the third floor for five days. After a day, they changed the fourth floor, and the reason they claimed the house..

Rooms are decent, Location is best you can have in the City. Some rooms have nizami street facing balcony. Service and reception is great. They are good with English too.

Location is outstanding. Staff is also good. Rooms are clean and spacious. The only thing which make it down is that it hasnt any lift.

Perfect location, nice and professional staff, very clean. We stayed at a low floor so the lack of the elevator wasn't an issue. We stayed in a double deluxe room with balcony, the balcony is definitely worth.

Austin Hotel one of the best 4 star hotel located at Nizami Street the center of baku. Good and comfortable room with all facilities like mini refrigerator fill up with drinks, juices, beer, chocolates and snacks with reasonable price. Wardrobe having electronic safety box, laundry service, air conditioner, 32' LED with local channels and good bathroom with bathtub. Other facilities are Massage saloon, Gymnasium and sauna services. There are rooms with balcony and without Balcony, try to get room with Balcony so that you can enjoy the beautiful view of nizami street all the time. Hotel also offering good breakfast from 7 am to 10 am with different varieties. Rooms are comfortable and clean, room service lady are so active and clean your room daily without any complain. In surrounding of the hotels you can find my restaurants local and others nearby, KFC and Pizza Hut are also on walking distance. Many other small and big outlets for shopping. Nizami street is the best place to stay in Baku.

Poor behavior of stuff, I reached hotel at 6:30am and I request an earlier check in if possible but they answered in rude way. But price is cheap and great location.

It's a quite nice stay in the heart of Baku city. The building is old styled but good stay facility. The only problem is regarding the non-availability of lift to traverse floors that gives sweating walk to the rooms further up. Conclusion is that the Hotel is worth a stay.

Great location. Friendly staff who try to do their best to accommodate all your requests. No elevator so be ready to climb a lot of stairs. Breakfast is very basic. Rooms are a bit old and could use a makeover. The sofa/bed mentioned in the advert is actually just a sofa , but the staff provided another bed. The reception staff was a big help and guided us for many things superbly. Thank you guys.
