We were in Riviera hotel for five nights It was a cozy and quiet hotel with good price The view was excellent just in front of the Caspian Sea The breakfast was perfect with the great view of Caspian Sea The staff were very polite and their manners were friendly We asked them to fill our flask with hot water ,but they gave us electric kettle with tea pot and a dish full of cube suger to make tea whenever we want without charge The cleanliness was good

good view, food quality is average, service is just ok.. prices are fine... i personaly visit this place just because of nice view

Das Hotel Riviera ist ein schönes Hotel mit direktem Blick auf das Kaspische Meer und Baku. Es ist für Unternehmungen in Baku relativ gut gelegen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der Service im Hotel. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und engagiert und versucht, alle Wünsche der Gäste sofort zu erfüllen. Die Gastfreundlichkeit ist überdurchschnittlich und besonderes zu betonen. Die Zimmer des Hotels sind sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Zusammen mit dem Ausblick (bei Zimmern zur Meer-Seite) ist das wirklich ein Erlebnis. Das Frühstück ist gut und erfüllt die Anforderungen. Zum Hotel gehört ein beliebtes Restaurant. Auch hier wird Service und Gastfreundlichkeit groß geschrieben. Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr gefallen und wir sind sehr zufrieden. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es empfehlen.

Stopped here for dinner at last minute while coming from airport. Staff welcomed us with a pretty smile. Food was very good and reasonably priced.Beautiful hotel which stuck perfect balance of caspian sea and luxury experience.

Good - service, staff are perfect, 5 star. Bad - however, prices are higher (almost twice) than what they show in their website. This is very unethical and disrespectful. Secondly, I tried Farel fish. I could not even finish. Worst fish I have ever eaten. If it was delicious, I would not complain about high prices. But they are terrible in both respects

Such a wonderful hotel in Baku...it was an amazing experience since the whole 21 nights me & my friend stayed there. Service: the staff there was so helpful & friendly, they offer help with a smile and give you advices to good places to go to, and I would like to give a special thank to the only lady on the reception Gunel she was an excellent help for us and advice us all the time, she is so sweat and has a great knowledge of Baku and tourism in it...thank you so much Gunel 🌷 Plus the cleanliness is so good and even if you asked for extra things they will provide you and the breakfast every morning was good but sometimes although it's limited things on the buffet but you might find things are missing because simply it's not available...but it was OK! Money: all of us, when we plan for travel, we care firstly for our budget and this hotel give us the chance to spoil our selves with other things 😉 coz it won't affect your budget that much here AND, you won't feel there is something missing coz really it's a fantastic hotel..plus the view worth everything, really you can't find a hotel with such a beautiful view and the same rate for the room! Location: it's not in the center right...but for me I don't like to be in the center but not far from the center and there was the hotel...it's not in the center but it was a wonderful walk everyday to the center by the marine...so for me it was perfect. Most delicious foods and very good environment. And a good view to the sea and near baku beach, tge proces is very normall and you can get most foods here. The place is cozy and comfortable, and very good friendly staff work here.

Rooms are nice, One side of the hotel rooms are having Caspian view. nice. Restaurant attached to the hotel. Delicious food. Better preplan amd book the hotel with Sea view. internet is slow.

Great service, food and the view is the best!

Booked this hotel last minute. We paid almost 250 dhirams a day for 4 days. Upon checking in we realized that the room is nothing as shown in the picture. It was quite small in size with much smaller washroom. We requested to change but they didnt agree. View was nice though(sea view). Location is good. Service is below average, don’t expect staff to be friendly or much responsive. The bigger disappointment is their breakfast. Spread is really limited. The lady that serves the breakfast is always grumpy and non responsive. But that was their most of the staff, even the manager at the reception. Will not recommend to anyone.
