This is a very OLD hotel with minimal maintenance. All the amenities are old carpets, bathroom, furniture etc. One lift and you wait for ages to get your turn. Its located very from any spots. No metro or any touristic attractions nearby. It near to a hospital. I do no not recommend to take any Baku tour packages from this hotel they are very nonprofessionals. Its not value for money.

We stayed here during the Eid holidays. This place is 30 minutes away from the airport. The rooms are okay. There is no hot water kettle/coffee station in the room. Service is slow. The checkout was extremely bad as they didnt inform us and when we returned to our room our luggage was kept out and eatables was trashed. Toilet rolls was replaced very late despite calls to. Highly unprofessional. Excluding this incident i would have rated it a 3.

We stayed for a few nights at this hotel. Although the hotel mentions itself as a 4 star rated property, there were no amenities matching that of a 4 star hotel. The hotel is very old and is dimly lit. The carpets have stains and are not the ones expected from such a facility. The rooms were spacious and clean apart from the stained carpets and really old faded arm chair. We had to request for the electric kettle and iron board when ever required. The walls are thin and you can hear all the action happening next door. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary with very few choices of food.

Stay away! Horrible service! 1. rude staff 2. don`t know a word of English! 3. very noisy, mainly this hotel serves the sex workers! 4. people who cleaned the room stole our pills from the fridge!

The reception staff, Adel and Camry, are very classy and wonderful. They cooperated well with me. I loved this place because of its cleanliness, the staff of this place, and the quietness of the hotel. It is very clean and quiet, and the breakfast is very good. I would like to thank the reception staff, Adel and Camiri. When I visit again, I will stay in this upscale hotel because it has an excellent standard and a great price. Finally, I will recommend it to all my friends.

The bathroom was dirty as well as the blankets. The staff can't speak English but they were friendly. Breakfast was nice. There was only one extremely slow elevator

Eckelhafte Räume, Schimmel im Bad und an den Wänden, Klimaanlage klappt nur ab und zu. Personal im Restaurant ist sehr nett, die Hotel Mitarbeiter jedoch nicht. Generell würde ich jeden abraten diese hotel zu buchen und mit einem großen Bogen umgehen. Die Gegend ist schmutzig und nicht sicher. Dazu hat das Personal versucht uns zu betrügen und hat uns einmal das Hotelzimmer bezahlen lassen und unsere Organisation auch. Englisch spricht hier keiner.

It is a typical medium sized hotel. Nothing special and great but not such a bad.

The food is not very tasty, the service is good, the rooms are terrible, the beds are hard, the walls are very thin, you can hear all the neighbors, TV and Wifi work very badly. 3 star hotel but not 4.

Very nice hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. They speak English and are always available. Breakfast also was very good. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Definitely recommended.

Nice hotel.. Good breakfast.. But far about 20 minutes walking from the old city.. It's smells old.. I booked a nonsmoking room.. But always smell like someone just finished his cigarette..

Room was nice and specious also service was nice but No AC at night they will off as per management they suggested us that to keep windows open as outside is cool : ) lol.. Otherwise overall ok ok
