Was quite happy with the Hilton after struggling to decide between multiple nice hotels in the area. The rooms were very large and fairly clean. Our shower kept going cold which was disappointing but everything else was great. The staff that greeted us on check in was rude and not informative at all, not even telling us whether we had paid for breakfast, where it was or where the elevators were. The check out staff on the other hand were quite friendly and apologetic about the shower.

The pool is a little small but it works for me, and so were the steam room and sauna. The 360 restaurant on 24th floor serves legit good food. Location is on point. You’re within short walking distance to malls and convenience stores. Can’t fault anything. Would stay here again when I’m back in Baku again.

I was very pleased. For someone who had been working during holiday time she was exceptionally genuine and thoughtful and not once did I feel like I was a bother to her during our conversation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other guests especially if the customer service was up to par with Sanina’s! I booked dinner and breakfast as a package and when I went to the restaurant to have dinner, I had a difficult time to make them understand. They said it is not a common practice in this hotel. I had to talk to 3 different people explaining about my package. My question is if you are booking and charging me for dinner and breakfast why don't you tell me about the terms and conditions? Hilton baku got to improve in explaining the service better to the customer. Before your arrival they ask what temperature would you like in the room, do you need to dental kit, shaving kit etc. But nothing was given prior, then why do you ask in email? After my arrival neither there was any kit nor temperature was set. From my experience, I suggest please do not book dinner in your package which is not worth at all.

Spacious living room and very convenient, especially in summer time where you will be sitting indoor mostly in the afternoon. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The rooms were good Breakfast was little bit above average I took family connected suit which was really expensive The main reason i gave them only 2 stars is because of 2 major mistakes happened: 1- They gave us smoking floor without informing us and the smell of the smoke was really bad and affected our stay and my kids alot. If they informed me that this was the only option available I would cancel my reservation and choose another hotel 100%. 2- We informed them to wake us one day and surprisingly when we did not answer phone and their knocking the door, the employee entered the room without asking me for permission to do this if no answer which was really inappropriate and my wife was sleeping and this freaked her out.

I travel all over the world and this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff is great and always willing to go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast and executive lounge staff were awesome. They knew every morning and evening what you had the day prior and provided great service. From fresh egg request to mix drinks upstairs in the lounge. Nargiz was awesome!!!! She always went above and beyond what is expected. My stay at the Hilton Baku was the best so far. It even beats the Hilton Beirut Metropolitan. Due to my walking disability I'm wheelchair dependent. For this reason I always have to book the accessible hotel room. As what's general at the Hilton Hotels the the room is perfectly suitable for living with my disabilities. The Hotel staff always serve me a few times a day even help me to bed. This hotel brought a lot of extras such as a good fitness, breakfast, massage room, bar, and restaurant. Because the Hotel offers many extras I save time searching for the basic needs mentioned earlier. The final ultimate benefit for me in a wheelchair is, due to the absolute lack of wheelchair-friendly sidewaks through the streets ,using a taxi is a must. Baku city has numerous so-called cabbies, which were easily adjustable for wheelchair access. Altogether, if you are disabled, please stay in the Hilton Baku!

We were group of 13 Indian, had visited Hilton Baku last week and this was the best stay experience we ever had. The location and view from the hotel’s executive lounge were awesome. The reception staffs, the house keeping staffs and all other support staffs were very welcoming, cooperative which makes our stay so smooth and joyful. They happily acknowledged our request for early check-in and late check-out as well. In the breakfast buffet, they even managed to serve us Indian vegetarian breakfast range which was exceptional. Being in a new country, the feeling that you are comfortable and enjoying the hospitality is very important and Hilton Baku team gave us this, way more than expected.
