One of the best hotels ever! Baku amazed me just like this hotel. It’s amazing and we liked everything here. Rooms are spacious, the view is spectacular, the breakfast is delicious and the staff are friendly and professional at the same time. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. There are a few restaurants also in the hotel - we were eating in Oro Nero - the food was 10/10. Moreover, the location is great and I will surely come back!

It was amazing staying as always. I am staying here and I like this hotel even if you have problem they try to fix it as soon as possible. My reservation was cancelled, argument there is no money on the card, and I have over 50,000k on the card. are you kidding me? And I booked a second room for my family, which means I will book another hotel and be away from my family (it's nice, but I will not risk this hotel again) when I contacted them, no one answered (poor management).

I love this hotel. Great rooms, fantastic pool and spa and selection of restaurants. The staff are really helpful and do all they can to make your stay comfortable.

Visited the hotel for the SPE conference. Great service and food by hotel restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is no need to talk about its location, I believe.

Nice rooms, but just don't order the room service. It is really slow and you won't get what you order, they will deliver what they want you to eat. In the end we just gave up. Charged a fortune for cold food that we didn't order. really disappointing

Our stay in JW marriot was short, but luxurious. If you're planning an anniversary i would highly recommend booking here. The service is top notch and exceptional. To start, when we arrived at the reception desk to confirm our booking, Miss Rena greeted us with a complimentary drink as Mr. Gleb managed our booking. We booked a delux guest room with city view, which had a lovely distant view of the famous flame towers. Next day morning Miss. Gular introduced us to the buffet section making sure we experienced the breakfast thoroughly. The breakfast was no short of extraordinary. It was variable with an interesting egg station edition i especially liked... they show you the egg menu on a board next to the chef and there was a poached egg option (thank you). The room was luxuriously spacious and clean. We didn't have time to explore hotel amenities and services, but had a look at their massage menu and highly advice to try it atleast once, based on what we heard. The hotel is situated  a few minutes away from a luxury brands mall and has it's own underground way to the seaside on the other side of the road. Overall a luxury experience i would highly recommend for couples.

Delighted to stay there...comfortable rooms... staff was friendly n helpful.. Located ideally by walking distance of caspian sea.. food was superb.. special thanks to the lady at the "ZEST LIFESTYLE"..She was super helpful..

I stayed in this hotel for 4 months. I give 5 stars because of best customer service. All employees from front desk to executive lounge are well trained which they provide very high level of service. Hotel is vey clean. Breakfast is awesome with a lot of choices. Executive lounge located in 5th floor is large in size with a lot of food and drink. Service in executive lounge is outstanding. My best chef (Mr. Faraj) is the best by making delicious appetizer and food.

I stayed at the JW Marriott Absheron hotel for two nights in early May 2023. Stayed on the 17th floor so it was a great view. The only unfortunate thing was that I was there just after the F1 race in Baku, so they had a huge advertisement/sign over the building. You could still see out, but it did obstruct the view significantly. The room was good size and clean of course. Everything worked well. Bathroom was great, comfortable shower. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel. The options were incredible. The staff were also very nice, friendly and welcoming. The tea lounge was a great place to just relax and have a drink. I did not utilize their gym/spa but it was available. It's a very iconic building so it's easy to find from anywhere. Good location, easy to walk to most places within the city.

Cannot compliment this hotel enough. It’s a great place to stay location & amenities wise, but it’s the staff that put it over the top. They’re incredibly attentive & kind, going out of there way to make your stay great. I hosted an event here in one of their meeting rooms and all of the event staff were great as well. Would absolutely recommend to business travelers & tourists alike.

I stayed in executive room 1814, Room was 88 m2 size was ok but tv size is small for this room. Mattress is wavy. windows are not clean. its not jw marriot quality

Checkin was smooth and fast. Staff is very well trained and professional to cater to the requirements of International Traveller. Very beautiful property at Abesheron, Vibrant looking Lobby, Breakfast @ Zest was amazing. Service was top notch, plenty of Varirty available in Breakfast. Location is amazing too, right across the road one can walk or Jog all the way to Baku TV tower.

We stayed at the JW Marriot Absheron Baku in May. One of the best stay ever. The hotel is in the heart of the city just walking distance from shopping and restaurants and cafes.The staff were so friendly and the receptionist who checked us in was absolutely lovely and kind. The breakfast and food was outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We are definelty going to make another trip soon.

Neat n tidy rooms with basic amenities that one expects frm a five star. It's not like in the heart of downtown but thanks to the extended seafront of Baku city tht makes it convenient to roam around. Breakfast was rather impressive. Nice hotel to stay if you get it at Good Price

Fireworks staff were super friendly and attentive especially jahangir, Elchin, Hostess Madina , Manager Vidadi one of the best customer service. Kudos to them!!!! We really recommend this place.

Hotel management needs to improve service, particularly at the reception desk. Sometimes receptionists are very professional, but there are times when they are not. For example, providing misleading information to guests, delaying the timing of preparation and arrival of guests (first they talk about the 1 hour, then a couple more hours) until the manager is connected and the issue is resolved immediately.

The service is courteous and professional of all the employees in the restaurant especially of a guy name Ulvi Very tasty food! It is highly recommended! Very nice and clean hotel! Service above expectations. It is highly recommended

I can't undersrand the 5* reviews. This Hotel and its staff is not even 1* star worth. We had a very bad exprience with everything in this hotel. We left the hotel after 4 days of stay and would not recommend anyone to choose to stay here. In case you still decide to stay in this hotel, watch carefully for your belongings. Stuff might get lost easily. No security cameras in the elevators!!??

I didn’t have a lot of expectations for the hotel, but I was delighted by my entire stay. I was in Baku for 3 nights and all of them spent at the JW Marriott Absheron. From the check in, to the check out, I’d say that the experience was flawless. The staff was well trained, attentive, and thoughtful. The facilities are top notch and well maintained. I didn’t get a chance to dine at the restaurants, but the in-room dining was solid. I went for a dip in the pool to relax and it was great. The only downside was one of the jacuzzis not working. I hope they fix it to add convenience for guests. The spa experience was awesome. The masseuses knew their job very well. I was glad to be accommodated as it was super busy at the spa. I wish the temperature in the room was a little cooler, but that’s ok. The overall feel and decor of the hotel was modern and airy. I highly recommend this hotel while in Baku. Tips - Get a sea view room. It’s worth it! - In the summer, it may get toasty in Baku, so close the curtains a bit if you aren’t in your room to keep the temp cool - Book your spa treatment at least 3 days in advance to get the times you want. It’s very busy - Check out the pool. Even though it’s indoors, it’s nice

Stayed for 1 week working at my companies base in Baku. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom facilities excellent. Poweful shower and quality toiletries. Breakfast was outstanding as was room service. Both restaurants very good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hopefully stay here when I come back.

Amazing hotel with exceptional service . Very good location - close to centre , sea side and mall, store , coffee shops , restaurants . The staff is very friendly and helpful . We had a very good experience during our stay. The lounge on 2 nd floor is very nice to relax and have a drink . Zest lifestyle cafe has good breakfast options , they even made special diet food and vegetarian options for us . ( thanks to Aynur ) . Liza at reception was very helpful . Husayn - at concierge was very helpful and recommended us good restaurant and other shopping places in the city . Overall great experience and we loved Baku and will definitely be going back again and will stay at This hotel again .
