Pizza was soo delicious! Staff was friendly and atmosphere was fantastic, we fell in love with the interior. We visited the restaurant during lunch hour so our order was delivered late, anyway we enjoyed our time there 🧡 I recommend placing the order while making reservation.
This cozy pizzeria is a great place to grab a meal. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The pizza “By Ruslan” is very tasty and full of flavor. The cheese sticks are also really good. The prices are fair and not too high. The staff is friendly and the service is great. Definitely recommend visiting if you’re in the area!
One of the best pizza spots in Baku! The flavors are amazing and the atmosphere is cozy. If you'd like a seat by the window, I recommend booking in advance those tables go fast! I also highly recommend trying the mango and passion fruit lemonade. it's super refreshing and delicious!
Awesome place, awesome staff, especially a waiter named « Nail » (best wishes with learning new languages btw), pizza is quite good, took « Pizza by Ruslan » - delicious. Interior and design done great! Recommend this place, definitely
We stopped by chance however we’re definitely pleased. Tried 2 different pizzas and ice teas and they were all delicious. The service is fast and tastes delicious. If you’re in Baku and want to eat pizza you can surely choose here 🍕
I recently visited this pizza place with high hopes of enjoying a nice meal, but my experience was nothing short of disappointing. I ordered a pizza and a tomato burrata salad, but the evening took a turn for the worse when I discovered a sharp piece of plastic within the cheese burrata. To my horror, it was so sharp that it cut the inside of my mouth. The presence of this foreign object not only ruined my meal but also raised serious concerns about the restaurant's food safety standards. When I brought this issue to the staff's attention, their response was far from satisfactory. Instead of addressing the situation with the urgency and concern it deserved, they seemed indifferent and unhelpful. This unfortunate incident not only spoiled my evening but also left me deeply disappointed with both the quality of the food and the level of service provided. I expected a pleasant dining experience, but instead, I left feeling upset and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable meal.
I’m in a food coma. I guess this was the best pizza of my life. I’m coming back again tomorrow
It is my first visit to this pizza restaurant chain. I have ordered Funghi kon polo (chicken and mushroom) pizza. Actually I love to taste different pizza, but this one is not my cup of tea, unfortunately. Taste is not good as I wished. May be it tastes like American pizza (sorry for competitor name: Domino's). Dough was delicious, but I can't say the same about top 😪 Service was good, servants were gentle. Atmosphere is good, but not the music 🥲 Actually more people like this pizza and advise here. I'll visit again and try to taste other choices.
The most delicious pizza we ate in Baku. It was so perfect and the taste lingered in our mouths. The waiters are smiling, the service is super.
Ruslan Pizza delivers an outstanding dining experience that leaves a lasting impression on pizza lovers. Nestled in a cozy corner of town, this restaurant is a hidden gem that combines excellent food with a welcoming atmosphere. The interior is casual yet inviting, with a friendly vibe that makes it perfect for both family gatherings and casual outings. The star of the menu is, of course, the pizza. Ruslan Pizza offers a diverse range of options, from classic margherita to creative gourmet combinations. Each pizza is crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients and baked to perfection in a traditional wood-fired oven. The crust is thin and crispy, with a perfect balance of chewiness, while the toppings are generously layered and bursting with flavor. The house special, loaded with a variety of meats and vegetables, is a must-try for those looking to indulge. Beyond the pizzas, Ruslan Pizza offers a selection of delicious appetizers and sides. The garlic knots and caprese salad are particularly noteworthy, providing the perfect start to the meal. The service is exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff who make you feel right at home. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Ruslan Pizza is a culinary delight that should not be missed.
Pizza by Ruslan is a fantastic restaurant and one of the most authentic pizza spots in Baku. Unlike chain restaurants like Domino’s or Papa John’s, this place offers true Italian-style pizza, which makes it stand out. We tried the Pollo Funghi pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. The drinks were reasonably priced, and overall, the prices were fair—not too cheap, but also not overpriced, considering the quality, atmosphere, and service. One thing to keep in mind is that it gets very busy during peak hours, so finding a seat can be difficult. However, if you visit during off-peak times, the experience is amazing. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the restrooms are clean. Overall, it’s a great place, and I highly recommend it!
Terribly overrated pizzeria, as in, if you ever had any good pizza, you would not look at this place twice. Firstly, my pizza came cold. It arrived at the same time as the one for next table, who ordered it 10 minutes later. I am pretty sure mine just sit there for 10 minutes, this is unacceptable. Burrata pizza is nothing like it looks on the menu. It has only red cherry tomatoes, and these are uncooked which must be a pizza crime, and the tomato sauce was practically absent. Burrata cheese itself was fine but I had much better. Service was all over the place, when asked if there was room for one they just said no despite many departing at the moment. What happened to “sure just wait a second we will seat you”? Baku does not seem to have good pizzas if this place is so overrated, which must be great business opportunity for those who wish to bring true Neapolitan pizzas to the capital
This is a delightful spot for pizza enthusiasts, offering a unique take on this beloved dish that strays from traditional Italian style yet remains quite satisfying. My only query pertains to the Caprice salad—it used to be drizzled with a rich balsamic vinegar dressing that beautifully complemented the fresh flavours. I’m curious if that classic touch is still part of the dish.
