I went to Passage 145 for shisha based on a recommendation. When I went at night, the place was crowded and full but the shisha was really good. I went the following day in the afternoon, the place was nice and quite but different shift was there. Unfortunately, the shisha was not good at all like the day before even when I asked the shisha expert to fix it, he could not.

The place is open 24 hours and a good place to get hot food at night. Tables are set inside and along the corridor. Food was good and staff was well trained. The thing that annoyed me was that it did not accept credit card. Another lame excuse that it was not working. I tend to see this towards month end.

We used to have our afternoon tea and coffee in this cafe. I liked this place but the only negative point for me is serving Shisha

The atmosphere is obe of the best, I really recommend it, we tried kunafa and tea they were as expected good BUT it real expensive the shisha was for 50 manat, tea 10, kunafa 10. They are definitely clean and the WC smell is good. You can try it at least once won't regret it

Good food, quick service. One strange thing they added service charges for each item ordered which multiplies the actual amount at least thrice.

No sandwiches 🥪 or French toast ..etc We took the set menu but actually i didn’t like it! 3 or 4 kind of cheese 🧀 but they are all stinky and taste strange maybe they are goat cheese or fresh from the cow!! Some of them maybe butter or cream! But no taste! I liked only the salty one with black seeds 😅and the honey and jam are good 👍🏻 Omelette is good and the tea is the beet ☕️

I ordered “Dovqa”, my favourite soup, it was far from average quality. Main course was “Nardancha”, supposed to be lamb by I suspect it was a beef, very very hard to chew. The location is good maybe for shisha, for tourists but not a good place to eat, and prices are hogher than average.

Nice place to chill and relax after a long day, employees are friendly and helpful, great service from Rahman & Hashim. However, it is Slightly expensive. Highly recommended

The food was amazing, the tomato soup was very good and the dovga too. Chicken Tobaka was good, but there wasn't so much meat. The place is great if you don't have a problem with people smoking.

the 35 manat's shisha is The worst shisha ever so you have to ask for the 50 manat's shisha it was good but expensive

Very good spot in Baku. Do not come here for traditional cuisine but to enjoy quality and fresh ingredients prepared with a western influence. Also very traditional Turkish coffee! Good service, great location

I just came to smoke hookah the service is good but the hookah wasn't that good to be honest everywhere in baku you ask them if it's fakher or nakhla (hookah tobacco brands) and the problem they say yes we have both but don't

Had breakfast here and it was lovely. The service was wonderful. Davuud served us and took the time to explain the menu. Falafel, Babaganoush and Hummus is a must try.

Food is good but too expensive if you compare with other places. You can eat business lunch for 6 manats in some restaurants while in Passage 145 a peace of cake you get for 10 manats.
