Venue , location, design, atmosphere is awesome. However, quality of service is extremely poor. Minimum spent is required for second floor for terrace area even though it was empty. Waiters not properly trained and don’t know how to deal with customer. Prices are expensive and doesn’t match with service provided. In summary, wouldn’t recommend due to poor quality of service.

Cool place. It has a nice outdoor design. I didnt have food but desserts and hot/cold drinks were nice. If you go on the weekends, make sure to reserve.

Restaurant is amazing and cozy Eggplant salad is the best and v unique 👌🏼 Chicken Burger is ok , cheese roll is good but I think they use for goat cheese which is i dont like , mushroom kebab has no taste! Muillfue is perfect 👍🏻 Price is high And check your bill before paying , be careful they manipulate

One of the worst experience. Very poor service. The waitress were so racist they treated me and my family in a very rude way just because we were a group of Arab , Muslim and teenagers.just as soon as we entered they showed so upset and they started asking each other to take care of us and they made us wait for so long and when we asked them we want to sit on the roof top they said that we only have two hours and leave the restaurant. They also made us pay 100 azn deposit just for desert and coffee. Also when we left they started laughing on us in a very loud and rude way. Unfortunately going back home with a very bad memory and a very bad impression about Baku. This is so sad to have such a restaurant in a wonderful city like Baku.

I ordered three dishes, and all were cold. Even the bread and when I asked the waiter to change it and bring a hot one he became angry and speaks with himself in his language! It is supposed to be a fine dining! But it is far from that! The restaurant is elevated on 12 stairs steps and is not convinced for kids or older adults! The level of food does not reflect the asking price! I will give them one star, just for the location.

The decor and ambiance are both impressive. The hostess was rude, I’m guessing because we are foreigners. The waiter wasn’t friendly at all and gave us attitude because we didn’t speak their language. The food was overpriced and barely edible. I do not recommend this place at all. The “Breakfast Guba” was horrible, the omelet was okay.

Nice place at a great location. Nice service and interesting space concept. Food is good with a wide choice. Great desserts except the ice cream which was frozen. However service is slow and departing is horrible. The two girls at the clock room / reception extreme unfriendly and arrogant. No thank you or goodbye. This is the reason why not 5 stars.

The design is amazing, but the hall inside is poorly lit which makes it hard to enjoy eating your food. The level of food doesnt match the prices. I ordered Lavangi chicken with potatoes. It wasnt bad, but not special either and for price of 30 manats you can find better options. Service was alright. You are paying for decor and views, I guess. But again for this price, you’d expect to be treated better.

My first restaurant in Baku and I'm impressed despite the high prices. Crispy eggplant salad is amazing and I would come back only for that dish. The kebab "kofta" is extremely tender and delicious. Staff are fantastic and very friendly with the kids too.

An upscale restaurant located right opposite to the Baku eye, on the Baku boulevard. The interiors are very chic. It's a great place for a quiet dinner. It has a great view of the Caspian sea on one side and the flame towers on the other.

We visited Chayki Restaurant for lunch and were greeted by a fantastic view of the giant wheel, sea, and the cityscape. The food, including pilaf, ice cream, and qutab, was delicious, although the portions were a bit small. The service was exceptional, and the restaurant had an extraordinary atmosphere, including the interior and bathroom decor. However, the prices were on the expensive side, with a Pepsi costing around 10-12 AZN if I recall correctly. Despite the slight drawback, Chayki Restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with stunning views and tasty cuisine.

Firstly, the restaurant’s decorations are amazing and cozy . Secondly, all the dishes were very delicious. Thirdly, the service was good, and finally, the price was good compared to the quality of the dishes.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Chayki. Everything was impeccable from the quality of the food, to the ambience and hospitality. The servers were extremely knowledgeable about the menu and explained the contents of the food as they served us. The freshness from the lamb meat here was out of this world 👍🏻

I can't express how beautiful and pleasant is this place. It is also kids friendly. AZER was our waiter was so nice. And by the way they have amazing Shisha 👏

This place have good tea and pastries, but not hot meals. 2 out of 4 hot dishes we ordered did not meet our expectations. One of the dish “Piti” was over salted, and another one “Boneless chicken” was overcooked and delivered with wing and thigh bones. I was expecting more from this, so called “restaurant”.

Everything here is great. Location, decoration, food, service. The place is right beside the carpet museum. Has an amazing outdoor seats in a stand alone building. I suggest u reserve during busy times. Its a good option for all day meals.

Great views, tasty food and quick service. Must go to if you’re ever in Baku. Try the veal basterma.

Great restaurant with nice interiors & beautiful outdoor seating !! Impressive design from inside and outside .. Dress decent, as they have a dress code policy and they are very strict !! For food, Khachapuri on the grill is to die for !! The place has a great view on the Caspian Sea !!

We just tried chayki , it is on of the best Restaurant on the world ***** five stars the food was amazing sebat lamb is supper nice and all ethers cool . Service is nice and fast and good welcome. Really it is one restaurant hard to forget the food and the place i am highly recommend.
