The view and only the view. Breathtaking view it was. Could see the whole city from there. I cannot miss mentioning the weather. I wish we had this weather in my city. Very well-maintained and friendly people all over.

You can walk up the stairs or take the train up. The views are totally outstanding. You can see whole of Baku from her. Boulevarde, Flametowers, Caspian sea and all of Bakus beautiful buildings. Cool breeze in summer months is so soothing. There is also a monument for martyrs here 2. The Not so Good: Nothing in particular 3. The Wow Factor: If you have limited time in Baku then just come here to see the whole city. Take pics of the flame towers in evening with flames burning on the tower. The whole scenery, The modern and old city, artistic building and the views of Caspian sea, is picture perfect. 4. Money Matters: Free of cost unless you take the train up for 1 Manat or dine in the restaurant at the top. 5. 5point Experience: This is a must visit place in Baku. As Azerbaijaan is aiming for more tourism activities, this place gives visitors a glance at what to see and do. My Verdict: Go for it

An excellent view of the Baku city and its skylines. Just besides the Flame Towers. It houses several restaurants, a martyr lane, walk way and view points. A good place to be in the evenings and it was not crowded at all. If you enjoy climbing steps, look for the right entrance or search for the entrances next to Flame Towers.

A great place to see the entire Baku city from the above. Preferable time to visit in the evening, see the sunset and night view of the city. Strongly recommend to take the Funicular.
