Although they have a great location and friendly staff, the hotel housekeeping services have a great opportunity of improvement. Our 3rd bed wasn't ready, as well as the other things needed for our child, like towels. The rooms are OK but not updated, especially the bathroom. The soap dispenser is old and empty.

A good business city hotel in Baku. Don’t expect anything fancy - simple, spartan but to the point. Located by the sea, you can have good walks on the coastline. Good breakfast.

this is my third time stay at the radisson and i have never regret making the booking at this gorgeous hotel . they have the best staff where they are very supportive with high professional service and . The reception staff are very friendly and helpful and they reall were nice and upgraded my room . The cleanes of the hotel is 100/100 . And sure i will book the same hotel in the next visit . The hotel is conveniently located, just across the sea. The breakfast spread is very good, and the staff is very hospitable. In particular, Mr. Parvin Hasauov has been very attentive and helpful.

As silver member got free upgrade to junior suite. One of the best suites i've been to. On 11 floor with balcony to the sea and great view on the city. Breakfast is also good with big variety. Recommend.

We were looking forward to our stay due to our anniversary and the reception the check-in was fantastic. I want to mention specifically, Mr. OZHAN, who was the person in the front desk the manager that it was extremely courteous, professional, very attentive. He discuss with us even the upgrade, and, I decided to take the top floor apartment which was absolutely beautiful and he came up and show us the place and I decided definitely since we’re celebrating our nurse anniversary to take kid. He also sent some pastry for celebration to our room. He was extremely friendly, and I commend him for being an excellent manager. The hotel is fantastic. The location is very good in front. There is a cinema the ocean is right in front. There is a lot of shopping and there are good restaurants all over the restaurant that the hotel was really good. We loved it. I had a great time in the city. It’s a beautiful place and if I come back to Bakú I definitely will stay there. I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. There are all the tourist places are walking distance and shopping is incredible in both size of the hotel. There are great shopping centers.

Rooms are fairly spacious and clean but getting a little dated. Internet in the room via wifi or cable for laptop if you require it is very good, i had no issues. Staff within the hotel are very friendly and always available to assist. Good location, short walk into the old town with a great choice of shops, restaurants and bars. Just watch out for the high curbs and steps dropping down on the footpaths.

Me and my wife stayed here for 3 nights to watch the Formula 1 2022 GP. Our room faced the track and we could see the starting grid. The location was better than the USD 450 tickets that we bought for the Aznet grandstand. The hotel room is basic with basic business hotel facilities nothing fancy. The room service food was mediocre. But the service level of the hotel makes up for the lack of facilities. House keeping was prompt and did a great job. The highlight was the breakfast. As vegetarians we have come to accept limited options, not the case here. We were offered pastas and pizzas for breakfast. We even orders pancakes on 2 days. Mr Parvez deserves a special mention here. Would definitely recommend staying here if your area of interest is the Boulevard.

However, it's important to note that the hotel lacked a pool or spa facility. Additionally, while the rooms were comfortable, they appeared somewhat dated and would benefit from refurbishment to meet modern standards. Despite these points, the central location, proximity to a mall, quality breakfast, and the hospitable staff made my stay enjoyable. If the hotel were to consider modernizing its rooms and potentially include additional amenities like a pool or spa, it would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Best place to stay. Neat n clean room. what a sea-view. comfortable beds n sofas. Best part is its terrace you love to sit there whole day and enjoy beautiful city view n sea view. Breakfast was very good. House keeping staff is active and helpful. will love to visit again

We upgraded to the junior suite and had some of the most amazing hotel views of Baku in a very clean and comfortable room. I would like to commend the staff for being very helpful and attentive throughout our whole stay here. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone made us feel at home.

I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Hotel Baku. The location of the hotel was great as its about a 20 minute walk from old Town. The waterfront and a mall are just across the street. Housekeeping did a great job at tidying up my room. Staff were all nice and helpful. The rooms are an okay size but a bit pricy. I did not try the breakfast.

Had booked there so called superior room. Not worth the money. They are charging for location and partial sea view. Rooms are tiny as compared to hotels nearby for similar price. The facilities are also not worth it. No one helped with luggage. All In all Okayish stay. Book their standard room if need be. Otherwise in price of their superior room Book the courtyard or merchant.

Stayed in Radisson Baku during business trip. Good hotel, location is great - main business centers, metro station and railway station is close. Room was little old style. Breakfast was delicious! I had nice sea view from my room.

Park Inn is a decent city hotel, let down by a few issues. The quality of the check-in during Formula 1 needs to improve - the shuttle service is OK, but the driver did not bother to get out of the van to direct us to the entrance, much less help with our luggage. After our first night, we requested hard pillows due to the poor sleep we had. We were later told that they didn't have any, nor was there a possibility to get these. This was extremely disappointing, especially seeing that we spent 8 nights there - I would have hoped that the staff would make an effort to source pillows from another hotel in their group to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are quite small, but neat and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by a welcome gift pack of vodka, cranberry juice, nuts, and chocolate. On that note, the buffet breakfast is horribly expensive, and seeing that nothing really opens in Baku until 10am, we just had to go with the exorbitant price. The bar is quite good, but two nights before we left, there was no barman, and the drinks were just terrible - it seemed like one of the waiters was simply drafted into the role without any training. Please note that there is a hotel being built next door, so it is very noisy from 8am until 6pm, don't expect to be able to sleep late nor have an afternoon nap. Overall a decent enough city hotel, but standards need to improve, and also the hotel needs a refurb.

It’s not fit for even four star catageory hotels . It’s a very old property . All room amenities are old dated . Don’t have proper charging points . Road disturbance will continue disturb your sleep at night . Restaurent is better . You can get average breakfast at hote restaurent .

Nice, conveniently located, clean, and a welcome place to be. We could easily go walking from the hotel to downtown and anywhere we wanted to be in Baku. The staff were friendly, but we were charged tourist prices for nearly everything (quite normal). I’d recommend the breakfast! You have an array of food if everything you want!

I enjoyed my stay at Radisson Hotel. All the staff were very friendly, the room (One Bedroom Apartment) was spacious and clean, the breakfast was so delicious, and the views were stunning. The location was perfect, less than one minute walk from the Boulevard Park. A lot of other attractions can be reached on foot. Highly recommended!

Recently reviewed ParkInn now became Radisson. Restaurant very nice, modern style with comfortable furniture. Location as before the best in town, if you F1 fan, then book rooms during race week, you will have the best view to the track!

I really liked the hotel, huge rooms, good service, regular cleaning, lots of towels, toothbrushes, shower gels, shampoos. Excellent breakfasts. It is convenient that there is a mini kitchen with utensils and everything you need. Very friendly staff, special thanks to the assistant manager Parvin Hasanov. Very responsive and accommodating. Great location and great food choices at breakfast. They have one of the best hummus I've ever tasted. I'm vegan and it wasn't hard finding a breakfast. For dinner I did have to go outside, but I prefer to dine around the city when travelling.

The location of the hotel is really good and let you reach the landmarks easily. The client service is average and the housekeeping is a disaster 😑 in some days, I guess depends on the personal. The 5th and 6th of Sep (9 floor) to be fired those who clean and the responsible. No cleaning at all, just simulation. Other days was perfect. Client service needs "soul"...

It is a really beautiful hotel with beautiful infrastructure and decor. Ambience is quite good. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Room service is also good. Restaurants are just amazing with a variety of delicious food. Location is also good as it has Park Bulvar Mall in front of it and Caspian sea is also nearby. Really loved it. Highly recommended.

The room had a smell of smooking, also the ventilator in the shower room is very very very noisy. The food at the restaurant is average, no more. The prices are way too expensive regarding the dishes you receive. Pay a few more dollars and go to another hotel.

Stayed for 4 Nights. Superb location. Nizami Street, Old Baku is walking distance. Breakfast was good, however there was sameness if you stayed for longer. Rooms are cozy with view of caspian sea.

Great hotel. Food is amaizing and very delicious. All meals are so great with huge choice. Hotel is on great location, nera lake and shopoing mall Park. Walking distance to downtown and old city. Great all around! The bed was comfy, the breakfast was varied and tasted fresh and amazing! The staff were very helpful and made the entire stay really shine. We ordered from the restaurant and the food was really good, I would definitely come again!

· location, and only location for this price.. it's over rated, the best thing is they are near to a lot of attractions. No place to stop your car when you arrived to the hotel. They supposed to have parking for guest as per hotel information. but what they have is parking for the staff and the ask me to park my car their and the keep the key all the time. each time I need the car I need someone from reception to open one door "permission for employees only" to reach the parking and pass to there with my family while staff was out around for smoking. The night before leaving I asked the reception if I could checkout at 8AM, and she said of course. When I called them 8AM to pick-up the luggage, sleepy reception told me there is no staff for that right now and you have to take it by your self. Staff come at 10AM !!!!! How this could happen in 4Stars Hotel !!! Entire room was Old. even baby bed was too old and not clean. Bathroom was old like I'm in 90s.

Use this when in town with work. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Easy to get to town if you want to go out for food or drinks. Bar and restaurant in hotel very good, food always excellent.

Bad restaurant service i asked five times to bring ice but they didn’t bring it & when i ask again respectively to bring it the employee was angry .. they makes me feel like i beggar. Really bad service.

The hotel is modern and clear. Breakfast was good . But most of all I liked the reception personnel Yusif & Eldar - they were so helpful! I would like to thank them again for their support with currency exchange and taxi booking etc.

As everyone knows, you can easily reach everywhere in a very beautiful location. Breakfast as it should be, representing Radisson quality. Now we come to the most important issue, the rooms have started to be renovated after years, this is very good news, I am staying in a room with a sea view on the 10th floor. Beds and bathroom amenities are extremely comfortable, clean, so why did you rate it with 4 stars? This is because the Lobby is closed for renovation, and you have to climb stairs with your suitcase to reach the reception located on an upper floor. The front desk team is kindly and helpful as always, thank you.

Had a great stay at the hotel. The staff at the reception were very friendly, super helpful and accommodating to all our needs, especialy Ramiz! There was a wide selection of food for the breakfast and at the restaurant. The room was very comfortable and had great views of the sea front. I would recommend if your are planning a trip to Baku!

Stayed here for four days. The room was clean and only a little outdated. I had an ocean view room but it wasn't worth the additional cost in my opinion as the window was dirty and forced closed (for obvious reasons). The buffet is a little expensive but makes up for that in the very large variety of food offered. You also have access to a good coffee machine in order to make lattes or cappuccino. I did a few work outs at the gym. The equipment is ok for a hotel and serves it's purpose. However, the room is on the smooking floor so I needed both windows open or I had difficulty breathing.

Stayed at the hotel while on holidays. The hotel is undergoing good renovation and conversion to the upscale Radisson brand. My room was upgraded to Caspian Sea View room, which had excellent views, and since the room was recently renovated, it had all the amenities required. Worth to note despite renovation, it was very quiet, and they offered a great and extended breakfast buffet to start a great day. Good fresh quality food items. Masala tea was an excellent addition to the buffet. Great engaging and welcoming staff offering the best services. Had a great stay and highly recommended if you are in Baku as everything is close by and within walking distance. Park Boulevard Mall is just across the street. Will certainly return soon. Thanks

Very polite and helpful staff, always ready to help you. The icing on the cake is Break fast ...it is very elaborate and you get Indian menu as well.

Best from those few hotels I had previously stayed in Baku. My overall impression is made based on location, living conditions, included breakfast, quality and speed of service in restaurant, personnel and most importantly attitude to guests.
