The Worst experience, I wish that I haven’t been here. 0 zero star for all things in this motel,, it’s not even close to the name of the hotel !

The hotel is good considering the price. We had trouble with the air conditioning and they did everything they can to fix the problem and Change our rooms. They even sent a fruit platter later on which was very nice of them. The hotel definitely needs renovations, Its probably 3* quality but if they renovate there is a lot of potential. It’s in a quiet area and with bolt we would pay around 7-10 AZN to get to nizam i street (25 min) The spa is also very affordable with good packages.

Rated as 5* but I give it 3.5*. Furniture old, AC not working well, slow check in, breakfast basic and you cannot heat bread bec they always have trouble with the heater. Location away from centre and attractions.

Staff is very rude especially, unhelpful and very unkind. I had a medical condition and was in severe pain, i shared my medical reports with them aswell, yet the hotel completely refused to understand my situation or assist. They also charged my card and did not inform me. I suffered a great deal because of them. There are many other better options to stay in Baku, please do not go to this hotel !!! They will ruin your trip and unfairly charge you as well. Choose other hotels inside the city. even this hotel breakfast is not good. Rooms smell bad. Carpets dirty. Front desk never answers. I will never advise anyone to stay here. Not worth it.

I stayed in many 5-4 Stars hotels, atound the world this hotel is not even close to 3 stars, Why? heres why First of all General:- Hotel is nice from inside thats for sure and rooms are nice, you can sleep and go to your tourism, the space of the rooms is very good. Second location:- The hotel has extremely bad location you can't walk outside since no place to walk just building, and its far from Baku center, 15 min car drive. Third the food:- Extremely bad and once the plate finish they take 1 hour to replace, and the food everyday is the same, everytime I eat I get stomach ache which I never had this, either the food is old or the cooker is bad. Forth the cleaning:- Not clean at all and depends on your luck since we change the room twice, bathroom you can see the must and the shower is very dirty, I called to clean nothing they can do its there for a very long time, also the curtain was damaged so we couldn't close it and called them to fix but its broken it's not fixable. Fifth hotel facility:- They have sauna, turkish bath, gym...etc, all are good nothing to complain and enjoyable. Last staff/service:- This is the only good thing they have, you call they come very fast, you ask they help, they smile and very polite and friendly. The hotel is big so are the rooms. Very spacious, clean and simple. Nothing fancy. No view from any room. Indoor heated pool is there. Nothing (like restaurants, mall or market) near the hotel so you need taxi (which is very reasonable and quickly available if booked through bolt app) to go everywhere.

Hotel rooms were good, breakfast was okay but not upto the mark of a hotel like wyndham, location is very off nothing accessible nearby in walking distance, but hotel was very clean and nice I would say it was not value for the money we spent in this off season but it was still much better than many local hotels in Baku

Worst experience ever with this hotel. Location is far away from everything rooms are over heated … you can’t get fresh air or get it to lower the temperature. Breakfast is worst nothing is fresh and there is very less options which you can’t able to eat. And there was few item that were so smelly that couldn’t be dig in… The worst stay ever in Wyndham hotel. In addition the elevator was most of the time out of service that you have to use stairs.

Perfect place to stay .. Mr Tural at reception is wonderful guy .. hotel is outstanding with best views, breakfast, sauna , pool and gym. Highly recommended

Rooms are very big and always clean. Staff are helpful and so kind . Mr. Rufat in reception is always with smile and willing to help the costumers .

Good hotel for the price. Only negative is the location is far from city centre and no nearby stores or market.

So bad food, there is not any internet connection in our. Reception was awful and the guy in the reception didn't answer our questions.

Staff are very accommodating.. Very clean hotel and huge rooms.. It is quite a distance from the city though but they have their shuttle schedules if you want to go to city centre. Swimming pool temperature is perfectly set on cold weather.. we love our stay in this hotel..

The room is not clean....when I entered the room I found rose petals on the floor and the bed was disorganized

One of the worst experience. Don’t expect 5 stars hotel. You can expect 3 stars to be fair. Not recommended for families. Room was not clean as a 5 star hotel.

The worst experience ever . Every thing is bad. Reception very slow. Room service and cleaner never come unless you bring them by your self. Old furniture and rooms. Breakfast is very basic and not delicious. it is 2 star only not 5.

Rich hotel Baku good to stay. But outside the city. Morning breakfast very good. Rooms or spaces. Hot swimming pool and gym we can use. But room service not good.

States twice. First time was fine. However, the second time we stairs at the ground floor which was noisy, smelly, and the bathroom door handle was not attached . Moreover, the bed was shaking. We have asked for another room, but the hotel was fully booked.

We had a very pleasant stay in Rich Hotel. It's lil bit far away from the old city (center) but they offer a free shuttel service which takes only 15min. to the city center. The breakfast was amazing and offers a big variaty. The big gym and the pool are in a good condition. Very friendly manager and staff!!

It is a nice, clean and new hotel with comfy and cozy big rooms... The staff are so friendly and willing to help. The bad side of this hotel is its location.. It is far from the centre and hard to find taxi on street although the hotel can help arranging booking taxis.. the metro station near the hotel is not so active so only one train in hour or so taking you to Narimanov station and there you can change to another line but this will take some time... so i like the hotel but hate its location and if you plan to be dependent on public transport it is not so suitable.

The hotel overall is good. However, many drawbacks have been noted. The location is quietly upsetting. Far from the basic needs in Baku. It takes at least 7 minutes of walking. The breakfast arrangement not done well. The space is small with plenty of small food items which unfortunately, when you need to take a dish sample, you spoil the surroundings. The room is ok but the toilet has to fit Muslims needs. As a vegan, I had some difficulties but well overcame.

The general manager was excellent along with most of the front desk staff. Every morning housing keeping would greet me good morning which was nice. Room was nice they had bottle water and also refilled the nestle coffee which I loved. I know one of the biggest issues about the place is how can you go downtown. Well the hotel offers a shuttle and the driver was excellent and on time too. Pool and sauna were clean. The sauna was beautiful 😍.

Very good hotel. Top notch room service. Best swimming pool with temperature control.
