What I liked: 1. Reception staff 2. Hotel and room ambience in general 3. Restaurant and food What I did not like: 1. Few basic items (which should ideally be in the room of a 4 star hotel) had to be asked for repeatedly (some toiletries and towels, room service menu, water bottles, complimentary refreshments did not have spoons/stirrers) So services can be improved. But overall had a good time.

Name of the hotel is not common; but its popular with locals and tourists. Stayed here for 5 days and it was lovely. The rooms were kept clean and tidy everday. Not all but a few staff were helpful and have always warmly received us;but the room service were not able to replace the electric kettle. Food's good, but they had to improve vegetarian options as well.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. One of the best hotel in Baku I can say. The rooms are so clean, comfortable. There is a disco, bar and spa facilities. The only negative I found is the elevators look so small. People has to wait for the elevator for a long time.

I stayed at the Qazqaz City Hotel mid Oct-19 for 5 nights. I got a very large suite junior with 1 queen size bed 💤 which was very comfortable. 😊 and adjacent living room both were renovated and clean. Service was good. Staff were help and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with big variety of dishes, fruits and meat. The only mid side for this hotel is the location about 2-3 km from center. There were very few shops, restaurants and market 100 meter away. However taxis are available all the times and very chip to make a journey to up or down town. Book this hotel atleast 2-3 week before for best fare.

4 star hotel with residence units. Offers a great complimentary breakfast. Has restaurants and bar attached. Spa with massage and gym available. Appearance of the room is good. Furniture is average. Sound proofing is poor. Couple of super markets and kiosks are available at a walking distance.

I have stayed at the hotel for two nights since July 19th, 2019. The room was a suite 1520. Every thing looks fine in the room except the bed mattress, which isn’t comfortable and very old. Also, the carpet has to be cleaned very well. According to the breakfast, it has a plenty of food but you need to get in there earlier to find a suitable spot. You have to pay and MAKE SURE to get the remains back because I have had to wait about 30 minutes to get the remains and I had to stop by the reception, the restaurant, guest relations, and the restaurant again and met the manager to get the money back. Overall, its a nice hotel BUT needs a lot of renewal and improvements.

Lovely room, well appointed. Breakfast - omelette tasty, many of the vegetables, potatoes, scrambled eggs were cold - think they may not know how to use warming trays. Service slow in breakfast room. Out of the main city but food in restaurant & nearby.

What I like: - The staff and how they are very helpful with the customers. - The breakfast. - Room cleanliness daily. What I didn’t like: - The internet is so weak. - The location of the hotel. - Sometimes the AC doesn’t work and when you open the window nuisance comes from the street.

Stayed in this hotel from July 16-21, 2018. Overall very good experience. The location is excellent with a few good supermarkets within 100 meters. Decent restaurants are also nearby. The hotel staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean and well maintained. Unfortunately there is no swimming pool which is essential after a long day of moving around. The breakfast was excellent.
