It's a comfy place .. view is average. I just found it didn't surround anything that i could walk out and explore. A little bit far off from malls and other historic places. Very average breakfast too . Lobby Entrance of the hotel is pretty and they have a small bar/ cafe which is outdoors .. that's the fun part.

Good hotel, nice rooms with facilities. Only thing I didn't like, was variety and quality of breakfast. Fresh fruits were not of good quality and not well cut. Indian food was also there but not well prepared. Being a 5 star hotel, quality of breakfast was not up to that level . I am a Globe Trotter. I have a good experience of hotels as I travel different countries around world regularly.

Ambiance of the hotel and structure is really good. Nice and polite staff. Very Bad room service, no direct number, if you're lucky the reception with pick up the phone and pass on your message to room service and get assistance. We had an Indian group staying for 4 nights, faced a lot of challenge in the breakfast as there was nothing for vegetarians, however The regular local chef tried his best.

We have contacted them more than 10 times around the world. There is no water for some reason. Why doesn't it solve the problem + Inconvenient + Bad service + You can hear the sounds of the neighboring rooms unfortunately

This used to be called pullman Hotel. So dont get confused by road signs. Great ambience. Nice food and since its a 5 star hotel you would expect alot of amenities with it. Room was considerably smaller but cozy. And this is slightly outside of city center so book if you want to stay away from city rush traffic. If you want to stay in city center and nearby touristic spots then this hotel is probably not an ideal pick as it is slightly far from it. And you get stuck in traffic with taxi coming from hotel to city center everytime.

Loved the gym and all spa area. The breakfast is the best. The hotel is not in walking distance to the center, we used bolt which wasn’t expensive.

they have the worst room service in the world If you need anything you should wait at least 1 hour to get what you want and many they say its coming and they dont bring anything I used to carry my own luggage because they did not respond to my reques and I dont want to miss the flight

I’m sharing my experience to benefit anyone coming to baku whether you stay in baku or a tourist , Don’t be fooled this hotel is far away from five stars, where i live this hotel would be two stars at most. A week ago we were in this hotel and we booked two big rooms and we ended up getting a big room and a small room with no compensation for a day, Beds are dirty, Bath is dirty and full of hair, and now we are back to the hotel they gave us the right rooms but the wifi isn’t working at all, i try calling room service they tell you they will fix the issue and they never reach back to you or send anyone to help you, I’m writing this using my own phone data, and there is still alot of incidents that happened but to make it short for you, Don’t come back to this hotel or dont even bother booking here because you will regret it.

Hotel rooms not clean, the floors, curtains and bed covers were full of dust. The breakfast menu wasn’t up to the standard of a 5 star hotel, very few food choices. Will not recommend this hotel and definitely not staying in it again.

Nice hotel with good location not far from the city centre The size of the rooms are ok . The restaurant only serves breakfast. Otherwise, you must call the reception to request any service you need. All hotel employees are friendly The price paid for staying at the hotel is considered fair and reasonable.

I liked the place as a whole, the staff are very nice and friendly, Jala, Milad, Shahlar, Shahan, Nizrat were very helpful and special in the way they got our issues sorted out. I gave the hotel 3 stars because of the cleanliness, my sister found a dead cockroach under the water kettle, housekeeping didn't clean the rooms in a proper way throughout our 12 day stay, swimming pool had fungus around it and no life guard was present at any point of time. Children were allowed inside Sauna and Steam without senior supervision and ladies were allowed to the pool without a swimming cap. There are also people who allowed to the swimming pool with their pajamas, shorts and boxers. Pepper mill restaurant was always full of flies despite my continuous complaints about it to the restaurant staff. Not to forget that the food was totally exposed so you can't trust which food was fly-free and food options are the same each single day without a single change. Hotel should also be a bit careful when choosing their clients, I've seen lots of groups who were not up to the level, watching guests going down to restaurant with their boxers and inner wear is totally not pleasant and staff should inform their guests that such behavior isn't accepted. In the floor where we stayed many used to walk down the corridors drunk with their underwear stopping us from moving freely till next day morning, although there are security cameras which they can check and action accordingly. Totally not expected from a hotel which is rated as 5 stars. Don't think I would stay there again if the level is still the same. For those who don't care about the above can stay in the hotel without further issues.

Not the closest to the city centre but just a 10 min drive. Use bolt or uber. Taxi's are cheap. Probably one of the best ones in the country. Good facilities. Friendly service. AC is very bad in most rooms (pretty much non-existent, but since all the guests complained... they turned them all on). The hotel is clean, but they don't clean the room as much as other hotels unless you inform them. And the timing for cleaning is random. Great overall considering the services (great facilities too - spa, gyms, pool etc).

Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, exceptional pool/gym/spa facilities. Service was excellent, but always with stern faces. FYI. The water park in the pictures is closed for renovations for a year.

Excellent place to stay. Very well maintained, and extremely friendly, helpful and responsive staff. They made our stay very comfortable and were always on toes to help with any questions or issues (from the manager to the staff members). Facilities are good and well maintained, place is accessible and short rides to city center. If you are looking for a calm, serene and kid-friendly place to stay when traveling with family, this is highly recommended.

+ nice spa and pools + good front staff and reception - Housekeeping. The rooms were dirty, even after cleaning. - Breakfast was tasteless/not varied and staff disorganised. Edit: Answer to management's reply below. It is correct the cleaning improved. But this was the LAST day of our stay. The first four days housekeeping was as described above, and we mentioned this several times. The first day we mentioned this the manager blaimed the customers who stayed in the room before us :) True, we were given a bigger room, but in this we found old food under the couch!

Updated after my current visit Sep 2019. Staff are so helpful and friendly. A nicely furnished and clean hotel. Excellent indoor pool, spa and gym. Outdoor pool and small pool with slides but I did not use that. Laundry service is excellent.
That's the positive. There are a few things that can make it very noisy and so difficult to sleep.
Wooden floors so chairs always scraping above, next door, etc. It woukd help if they got some felt pads for the bottom of the chair legs! As in most hotels the doors have no soft close so often slamming.
I was put in a nice room at the front this time but it had an adjoining door with the next room. The occupants were very noisy and a large group of men up all night talking. I asked to be moved and was straight away into a much quieter room.
Often windy so howling whistling wind through the balcony doors at back of hotel.
Piped music in ALL public areas so no escape. Peppermil restaurant the worst though. So loud at breakfast time. I asked regularly for music to be turned down but it was always the same every day.
The TV reception was awful last visit in June but much better this time with no problems.
All in all a nice hotel with good staff but it can be difficult to get a good nights sleep if you're put in a room with people moving furniture above or noisy neighbours.

We stayed with you from 30.12.2109 - 03.01.2020 in room 0613 We have already informed you of a case of pants disappearance but for some reason it has remained untreated. We are seeking to investigate the case in depth as well as arrive at the investigation of the truth. The day it happened, we found two dirty dirty rags left by the cleaner on the suitcase. We have already heard from you and we also understand that as far as you are concerned this may not happen, but it has happened, to our great regret. This is not a great deal of money, but a matter of principle. In the end it damages the reputation of the hotel. Thank you for a reasoned reply as soon as possible.

Spa was great. Hotel was very clean and staff was great. Had issues using my credit cards in the hotel. I notified my cc providers before my trip and had no other issues them during my trip, only in the hotel. I had to pay cash for everything. Made it very inconvenient. Thank goodness there was an ATM. Wonder what thoes fees will be?

Very friendly staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant. Very poor selection of food, both for breakfast or for buffet dinner. Especially for breakfast. On the plus side - on of the available dishes for dinner every night was fish. Rooms are spacious but very poorly lit - couldn't get enough light in the evening when trying to FaceTime my family. This hotel is situated in pretty boring part of city, and the views from rooms are not really spectacular. Nicest view sadly is on the side of the hotel. Outdoor swimming pool, in September, even though weather was great, around 28-30 deg C was very cold. Indoor swimming pool is nice although quite a long walk from the reception area, elevator + stairs. There are better business hotels in Baku.

Excellent hotel in all sense. Staffs are cheerful and helping in nature. However I felt that couple of more staffs would fill up the gap. Situated in a slightly offbeat track but just 5 minutes of drive from the famous Flame Towers. In 10 minutes you are bang at the centre of the city. Huge hotel with Residence block by its side. There is a Aqua Park within the premises but operational in Summer. Temperature controlled indoor swimming pool, good Gym, standard Spa and a coffee shop exists in good feeling. There are few shops and a Bank inside the hotel. Currency exchange rate here is quite better than at the Airport. Sufficient big speed elevators do not let you wait. Rooms are quite spacious and well maintained. Higher category rooms have balconies. Housekeeping is meticulous and satisfactory. it has 02 lawn tennis courts for the reasidence guests. Parking is a bit problem particularly for big coaches. Adjacent building hosts 01 Indian restaurant and a light flavoured night club. Reception area is good enough. They allow joiners at a charge. The hotel is wheel chair accessible at 90% of its areas. All is good. Few may not compare it to 5* but surely and satisfactory can be graded as 4* Deluxe with 5* facilities. I enjoyed the stay with a group of almost 100 pax and practically have no complaint. The brand expectations was kept and I intend to be back. I feel no guilt to free promote and recommend this property for leisure as well business guests.

Neat and clean hotel. Love the spa n water park inside... Gym is well equipped with a training staff present all time. Buffet breakfast is good with lots of choices. Have 3-4 lifts so no waiting time.
