the place is soo bad they scammed us so badly they kept our passport and ID for safekeeping but then later they stole it from us and now are asking us to pay 50+ dollars for the return of the money the receptionist is soo bad and they are scamming us this badly now we are in our home country and we have no way tto take back our id. we regret selecting this place

We went to the room and it was in a very bad shape and they didn’t clean it! We waited for long time to get the rooms, after we spent 3 hours of waiting we didn’t receive nothing. Disappointing 👎🏼

Old reconstructed hotel, good bedrooms, old bathrooms, AC was not working during winter, asked for late check out as our flight was at evening, they refused and requested extra fees, the reception was not helpful.

The hotel is clean and staff is very supportive.

Nice small hotel, price - value in the centre of Baku. 2 tipes of rooms, renovated and old. Better to take renovated. Staff on reception helpfull, breakfast good and various, bar in the evening / night don't work (shop is close). To Nizami street is 10min walking.

Saimu (I think that is how it's spelled) is a very hardworking person who is on night shift duty. Hotel is in a perfect area near the city center (20 min walking) it is also very clean

The location is amazing so is the staff very friendly and helpful But the breakfast is poor

The hotel was nice, very good price per value ratio, although the breakfast was not that good and the heating was not working.

Staff are not helpful, and their English is bad Internet connection is bad at some rooms, and when complaint, they answer its from source, which is not correct as when being close to room door, the connection is good

I really liked this hotel. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The location is excellent, 2 minutes walk to the port of Baku, 5 minutes to the boulevard, and also close to the Old City and 28 May. Even though it is located in the city center, the prices are very affordable. They even offer discounts for regular guests. I highly recommend this hotel due to its value for money, excellent location, and comfortable interior.

Clean and calm family hotel. Decent contingent. The staff is polite, caring, ready to help if necessary. The location is very convenient.
