Images on site are very attractive. I was expecting a big room. They offered me a very small room. Staff is very good, co-operative and friendly. 5 star for staff. Breakfast was average. View from room was very good. A neat and clean nice hotel. The hotel location is not in city centre. But Bolt helps. If you are ok to stay a bit away from city centre and looking for a nice and cheap hotel this is one for you. over all a nice hotel to stay. I would recommend.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city. Nice and clean with excellent staff and service. The rent was just 42 dollars for a night. Highly recommended.

The hotel resturant is leased to another owner, at Friday night I woke up because of the loud music that shakes the whole building, excuse of reception attendant was its not managed by us we are sorry !!! Because of this I wont recommend this place to anyone. You pay for the stay but you cant even stay its TOO LOUD. This vedio was from the bed side

Stayed at this hotel between 8-11 August and had some cash stored in the safe. When we arrived to the room the safe was not working, so we had to ask someone to come and fix it for us. After that I had some money stored in it and made the mistake of not counting it when we left the hotel. I realised that a part of the money was missing when we arrived home, so I called the hotel to complain and ask them to check the video cameras in the corridors (since they say they don't have any in the rooms). I wanted to speak to the manager but the receptionist on the phone was very bad at English and she really wasted my time asking several times what the topic was about, she would go away for 10 minutes and come back and ask the same question, so I never actually got to speak to the manager. Horrible service and dishonest staff. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel is located in the heart of Baku. All sorts of facilities are available around this place. Excellent customer service by front staff. They serve mesmerizing breakfast. All amenities are available within the premises. Value for money. Clean and hygiene are maintained.

Hi I am your quest. The hotel is excellent Large rooms and lovely appliances Bath and service are great... And of course the pool and the sauna were very fun for us. The behavior of the staff was very kind to us. I recommend this hotel to everyone

Worst decision of my life to book a room in this hotel plz don't trust google pictures because here it is completely different.. we came here in October and our room's ac is not working at all .even after complaining and waiting for whole day nothing happens..even the room telephone was not working..a big no to this property

PATHETIC STAFF, AC not working and they are telling that they have adjusted theor body to this temperature. Are you serious?? Thats what you tell your customers ?? I checked in at 1.30PM and checked out same day at 3PM. WORST PLACE TO STAY, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

This is a great hotel. Staff was attentive and serviceable. I found it very relaxing and comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Very good service especially from the front desk. They've helped all my needs during my stay and made me felt welcomed in Baku.

The furniture is old and mattress was very dirty and there was no variety in breakfast. And the main thing it was far from almost every attraction place. Attitude of receptionist and waiters in restaurant was very poor. I have wasted my money.

We had done the booking of the room from Pakistan and once we reached Baku and entered the hotel it was amazing the response of the hotel management the standard of the rooms and the standard of the food was excellent The stay was made comfortable by the hotel staff

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days, they changed the sheets 2 times over this period of time. The hotel was nice the balcony was bird poop it needs cleaning. The food for breakfast was average the food was not fresh it looked like they prepared it the night before. The staff was nice.and I lost one towel because they took it and it got mixed and they never gave it back. Over all it was average. And they need some improvement.

I paid extra to book a room with a lake view, so I do not hear the noise from the street. They gave us a room with a street view, which valued 25% cheaper than what I paid. When complained, they did not change our room. This customer service is awful. We wanted to cancel our stay, they said they would not refund us. We canceled anyway. They also do not respond to emails at all.
