First visit to Baku & we chose to live in Point Hotel from 20th to 24th July 2022. Rooms were 206 and 212 (Shah & Kapoor). Hotel is very understaffed, the receptionist on the check-in Ms Ayten was extremely unprofessional, rude & unwilling to provide basic hotel services. Despite our early check-in request being sent a lot in advance to accommodate a special child, she chose to accommodate a group of other 15 guests at 12 pm and denied us our rooms. She handed our rooms a lot after the check-in time. She even went to extent of misbehaving and fighting with her colleague after misbehaving with us, when he requested the same for us. Deeply aggrieved and inconvenienced, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel in the slightest, very poor experience.

First of all it’s not a five star hotel. -Breakfast was limited and had very poor quality ( the bread had mold on it , the watermelon was rotten) -The staff would take away the towels and slippers and wouldn’t replace them so we had to ask for them every time - Two of receptionists (a man and a woman) weren’t helpful at all and often rude -old and dirty furnitures -Gym and swimming pool were out of order

Value for money is good. Staff are kind and accepted late check out. Location is not the best, but you can find Bolt taxi easily and go anywhere in Baku with 1.6-3.5 manats. The hotel is a famous destination for Arabs. Breakfast variety was below the expectations but acceptable. I would visit it again.

A pleasant hotel, but a little tired. Good prices, and very large rooms. Slept very well, because it is so quiet, but the downside is no drivers can find it!

The cleaning and massage services are very awful. I have took a massage seans today. Now I'm in hospital now. The prices are really high and not worth to provided services. Also behaviour of the personnel and woman (Jamala) who is doing massage is over censured. There are no privacy and relaxibility.

Peaceful location right in the centre of the city. Very polite helpful staff. Breakfast is wholesome. Ask for eggs on order. Staying here for over a month. Very co.fortable stay. The gym, spa and pool can be taken as a package.

The hotel is very well-positioned. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, the staff was extremely humble and helpful. Breakfast can be a little bit better.

Respectful staff and their prices are very cheap compared to the appearance of the rooms and their taste is very normal.. It is 10 minutes away from Nizami Street and I intended to book again when I visit Baku, but I was informed that the hotel will be permanently closed in the coming months.

Spacious rooms. Cleaning every day. There is air conditioning. The only negative was that the windows in our room did not open.

The service by the reception team was the worst, not at all friendly. Rooms were quite big, however the furniture and bathroom fittings are quite old and so it had problems everywhere.

-Old furniture! -Bad smell in the bathroom! -The Sheets are not even fitting on the bed! -Bugs everywhere on the bed and the chairs! -Didn’t even stay for 1 hour and refused to issue a refund! I do not recommend at all

Beautiful, clean, large rooms! Stayed here for a few times and always wish to come back again. It is a very nice hotel for the price. Breakfast is very good and location is just about 5 minutes drive from downtown. The area is quiet and safe too. Nice place to stay with families.

A fairly clean hotel. Clean and old rooms. There is no luxury. The breakfast is good and the price for accommodation is excellent I recommend the Polit app for delivery because it is cheap so you avoid using taxis because there are scammers

The first of all , I would like to say thank you for both Kamil and Shafiqa . I cannot say 5 stars hotel but it’s great to stay in it . 1-very big rooms 2- value price 3- great staffs The thing that I don’t like is breakfast because all days are the same dishes and I saw lots of mosquito on fruits.

I recommend this hotel , but it’s a little bit far from downtown and old city , you can reach there using taxi ( taxify App) by 2 to 3 AZN . Very quiet room and big.

I love this amazing hotel. Located in the center and everything is in walking distance. I would also recommend sea view rooms that you can catch the sunrises.

Its locatex in a good place but the service is horrible. I left my room early morning and came back evening and my room wasnt clean and had to new water bottles in the room. So they did access the room but never cleaned it. When i called for room service, they said duty finishes at 4 pm. Breakfast is average and wifi keeps disconnecting.

Cleanish rooms but some less than helpful staff - no band-aid, take a stroll to the pharmacy please - and horrid breakfast, even the eggs cooked a la carte. Loud music from the bar and other rooms was heard byany after 10. Can't give it four I'm afraid.

The food variety and quality was great. Rooms were clean and tidy and the room service was okay. We also enjoyed using the gym and the pool. This hotel and Baku in general left a very lovely and lingering impression on us. I recommend Qafqaz Point to everyone.

I wouldn’t say it’s a five star hotel at all as it is considered one. A 3.5 star hotel at best. Our door was broken. Limited food in buffet for a 5 star hotel. A lot of the basic necessities were unavailable (towels, pillows, iron, shampoo and shower gel) and when asked for they would bring them really late, approximately the next day. There aren’t any bath robes or shower caps or conditioner. It really depends on your luck. Some rooms have the necessities, others have to keep requesting their basic needs. The staff is friendly, though.
