Not a 4 star hotel at all but rooms were neat and clean .The staff was non cooperative specially at the breakfast area if any food items ended they won't bring more and just that it we don't have any more.

Rude staff. We transferred to another hotel even though we still have one more day stay from the package tour. For a four star hotel, it was a disappointment.

Nice and rather new hotel. Rooms were very shiny with beautiful seaview. Reception and service staff were frindly and helpfull. For couples, business trips good choise. Breakfast can be more different but it tasted very good. Will recomend it.

A good hotel, made great by the friendly and attentive staff. Nigar and Ramin were excellent throughout our stay, ensuring we always had everything we needed. Upon arriving at the hotel we mentioned it was our daughter’s birthday; within 10 minutes the hotel staff brought a birthday cake up to our room - a very nice touch! 👌🏻 Some areas for improvement: - Breakfast - could be a broader selection - Room service - limited items available On the whole, a great weekend spent in the beautiful Baku.

Receptions doesn't care about guest request and everytime he will be seeing his phone and computer and absolutely no hospitality and no welcoming nature for tourists, would suggest ibis baku better option to stay

Very bad experience. Poor hotel management and hospitality. They don’t even have a staff to carry the luggage. Breakfast is very bad.

I would give this hotel 3 stars only for cleanness, modernity and sea view. But The breakfast was bad and have no diversity of food plus we had a problem with the AC it wasn’t cooling so well

The room quality is maybe 3 stars, don't expect anything too fancy, but it does the job, is spacious and hygenic. Some cracks in the floor, discolourings on the wall etc. but nothing critical. It is cleaned every day. Breakfast is non-continental but ok. But what really brings the rating up is that the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, will order you a Bolt (which is *very* cheap) and the location is very good considering the easy transport using Bolt (note that traffic is often very heavy), give recommendations etc. and make adjustments to your needs. They speak ok english. Having talked to a lot of international people staying at other hotels, I am happy with my choice at this pricepoint.

I had my doubts about Nobel Hotel Baku, but it turned out to be an excellent choice. The receptionist, Mr. Ilkin (apologies if misspelled), was extremely helpful and accommodating. He kindly provided us with a room offering views of both the sea and the city. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Overall, our 2-3 nights' stay at this hotel was thoroughly enjoyable. we encountered a slight disappointment with the night receptionist. They seemed a bit tense and lacked sufficient knowledge in customer service. However, we appreciate the efforts of the other staff members who provided good service.

It's a bit away from the city. If you're good on foot, you can run. Otherwise it was cheap Bolt Taxis. The staff is friendly. However, the maid simply throws away pieces of paper, opened water bottles and plastic bags. She changes the soap every day. So I had 7 new bars of soap, even though one would have been enough. Very wasteful and not environmentally friendly. The room was very large and the breakfast took some getting used to. It was not possible to close the door to the balcony. So it was always a bit noisy.

It was a wonderful experience staying in this hotel... Our rooms were already prepared ,central heating system were on,and what a beautiful view we had in front of our rooms,caspian sea,and in the right there were Baku towers. Room service is fantastic,.... Breakfast was included in our package You can enjoy chilly morning and nights in balcony

Very bad bad services elevator not working bad staff

Hotel is good, Staff is friendly specially Sara and Adil.<br/>But only issue was, <br/>1. They should provide a single bed (queen/king size bed) for couples. Where as my room was having two single beds attached together. Which was very uncomfortable and after informing also nothing was done.<br/>2. The blankets was too small for two people and when requested for a additional one, they provide the used blanket.

We started 3 nights, the hotel is not bad and the staff are friendly but the hotel need more enhancements also the breakfast was not that good

Good hotel, rooms are big, but required to be renewed . Breakfast is too basic and no choices available. Location is good but far from the main attractive locations.

Nice small hotel on the very sea shore. Clean rooms with modern furniture; unobtrusive, but 24 hours ready to help and polite staff. The only flaw is lack of coffee machine and natural ground coffee, even for money. But in spite of this everything else is perfect.

Bad customer services and rude stuff, dirty room and useless breakfast. One star is too much to give... I thought those kinds of hotels doesn't exist anymore

The worst hotel ever. Very rude staff boys.. we reserved connected rooms but they couldn’t afford it. Breakfast is awful and not enough. As they finish without renewing. They take 100 dollars from guests as insurance and they never return it. Every time you stay down at the lobby you find people complaining from the bad treatment and bad service. No iron.. no kettle .. bed covers are torn and used million times. It deserves zero stars ever...😔😔😔
