The room service is very poor. There are no sufficient towels provided. The breakfast is horrible with no basic supplies like milk and bread.. The water boiler for making tea and coffee in breakfast serving area is full of hardness sediment in and out side. All guests were complaining and the manager is missing. No house keeping for us for the day.

2 nights, June 2018, 1 Male. Pros: — Big rooms with separate WC. — Calm. — Fresh enough. Cons: — For me is only location a bit far from historical and economical centre. Like 3,5 manat for taxi and 10 minutes, I’m just lazy. Additional info: F.ucking noise mosquito, one warrior, bastard! Special thanks to the staff — was really friendly, polite, took me to the meeting instead of taxi.

I had a very bad expuereince with this hotel; it takes me 8 houres to check in then i take a tour at the city with 2 c ; it was very cold and the staff warm but not profissional at the end of they day the offered us very small room

Doesn't meet the standards of a 4 star hotel as it says. The check-in was smooth. The room had basic amenities like TV, kettle, bath towels, fridge with drinks and chocolate bars etc. The buffet breakfast had limited options. I could hear the noise from other guests speaking at night from adjacent rooms and it was not a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a housingncommunity location and there are no markets nearby to buy any supplies.

Hotel location and room quality is good, but service is not good, food is also average.

Despite sending them multiple msgs for late check in and they confirm the same, upon arrival they offered me the dirty rooms. Not recommended at all

Very good housekeeping service, polite staff, big breakfast variety, always fresh, comfortable settings and modern clean rooms. All of these are for very reasonable price. Recommended.

The room size is very good .the most important is the front gusset support is excellent. The breakfast is all what you will need .in general I was so happy and I look forward to came back again.

It's not 4 stars in my view, maybe an old fashion one, breakfast was weak, swimming pool was literally useless (it's small) and staff was not fluent in English, it's normal and semi clean hotel

The hotel staff here is amazing! They are the definition of hospitality and they speak very good English. The hotel room was large and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. It is a little bit of a walk to get to the metro station, but from there it is easy to get where you want in the city. We would definitely stay there again!!
