Terrible service, dirty and disorganized. AC doesn't work and room temperature cannot be changed. No manager to lead the staff. No cups glasses, clean plates or bowls at breakfast is the norm. Leaky showers, low cold water pressure. Staff is not welcoming, most of them don't speak English and don't even try to communicate. No lamps in rooms, only overhead light. Dirty carpets everywhere (except for the lobby), very dirty windows, some of them are broken. It's very noisy. The room service tray has been in the corridor for two days. Definitely not recommended

I Spent one week here... The staff were kind and caring... Room service was disappointing . Many things wasn't there and I had to inform them... Like there wasn't toilet paper in the WC... They didn't recharge water bottles... No mini bar in fridge, one of towels was not clean... I had trouble with air conditioner and it made me got cold..! Oh... Also the door lock was broken sometimes i got locked up in the room and have to call the reception for rescue..!

Bad hotel i don’t advise any one to come .. even if the price a little bit high comparing to the bad quality ,,, reception make us waiting for 30 min while we have reservation from booking … and they want to change the room we asked to lower quality room … first time and last time to come 👎🏼👎🏼

The hotel was really more than my expectations. It was so neat and clean and the room had everything we needed. Our room had a view to the beach. The staff were really kind and friendly. The service was ok. The breakfast is not perfect but that's enough.

Small yet clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. They have a restaurant called 'Aroma' which serves Indian and continental dishes. Breakfast spread is nice and tasty. Hotel is strategically located at Nobel avenue, few yards from the boulevard by the Caspian sea; most of the tourist locations can be easily commuted from here.

Good hotel at a reasonable cost. Food and ambiance is nice but needs improvement .Staff is cooperative and friendly.Indian restaurant is there which has yummy indian dishes .Overall a nice experience 👍

CORNICHE HOTEL BAKU is a real gem! The view from the outside is amazing and on stepping through the main doors, you are immediately struck by the beautiful, marbled reception area. Light and airy, and very spacious - very welcoming. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful specially reception staff . The breakfasts were amazing, a wonderful selection, and again, the young staff were very efficient and helpful in making the breakfast times fun and enjoyable. The location of the hotel is great - right in the middle of most attractions, which are within walking distance. Close by shisha cafe. The room we had was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to visitors to Baku. Thank you CORNICHE HOTEL BAKU for making our stay so special.

Well not a true four star hotel but it's a three star hotel for sure. Repetitive breakfast everyday and that too of very less choices. Breakfast can be better then that. Well rooms were big as compared to others and staff was also co-operative. Located at Boulevard area like 10to 12 mins drive from City center and Nizami Street.

Good for family... The people at the reception are very friendly and welcoming... Room was pretty big... The maintenance of the room can be improved...

Really nice hotel to stay in reasonable price. Good House Keeping and Room Service. Just the washroom sanitory was leaking, no other problem reported.

The room size was good, hotel location was very good near the Corniche (Baku Boulevard) and access main city was easy via bus, view from the room was breath taking but the window was very small, not much variety in the breakfast buffet, room service was not quick, there was no dressing table or mirror in the room, the hotel is centrally heated and the room temperature was maintained all the time. Overall a 3 star experience.

Barely any water in the sink, toilet is leaking, no hot water in the shower. Never cleaned our room during our 5 day stay. TV does not work. Our toilet trash was emptied once and the left the trash basket outside the toilet for us to put it back ! They picked up our dirty towels and folded and hung it up again as if they're new clean towels !!!

Old Hotel but you can feel warm need to care more about furniture renewal

It is a very dirty hotel in a dilapidated condition. I definitely do not recommend it. The rooms are given to guests without cleaning. This hotel is only used for sex workers.
