It’s a new hotel. The rooms are very small. The breakfast is very normal. Reception staff are friendly. There is noisy whole the night. You can hear the voice of next room! Location of the hotel is far from the city and it’s in new place which has so many construction. 5 star is too much for this hotel

It was a pleasure staying at Atlas Hotel, which is 10 minutes walking from the Mall. Atlas is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

THE hotel is little outside of town. BUT essential super markets are closeby. The rooms are good only for short stay.Because we stayed 5 nights they never changed the bed sheets and cleaned the carpets.Just put the water bottles and left. The breakfast has lots of varieties but not suitable for Indians. In the breakfast some previous days leftover dinner presented that make less standard.

Good 3 star hotel in Baku. In a quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast was good. Rooms were pretty decent with beverage facilities too. Not far from the city centre so easy access to tourist spots. The hotel management was cooperative and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone searching for a place to stay in Baku.

If there is zero star I will give zero star for this hotel. They don't provide drinking water and cleanliness is average. No hot water in bathroom we have to shower in cold water. If we ask anything they don't respond properly. Waste of money.Don't go to this hotel by seeing the pictures. Not good for family especially.Worst hotel

My gold chain was stolen by their house keeping lady at the third floor room. It was inside my luggage. When I complained to the reception, they tried to convince me that I've lost it. The entire hotel staff covered the matter for that cleaner. I couldn't file the complaint bec my flight was few hrs after this incident. So I didn't have the time to stay back for investigation. The police asked for 10 days more stay which was impossible. Worst experience ever!

The hotel has a good location because Bolt is dirt cheap here, so you can reach every major sight from here for a few manat. Mr. Aqshin is incredibly helpful and hospitable - truly a welcoming person. He helps you by organizing trips, answering any questions and in general he helps you out wherever he can. You can change money at the reception for a reasonable price but you can also pay by EUR - or at least I could. The food is amazing - there is a buffet breakfast with a wide selection of traditional and international food. The head chef recommended a lunch for us and it was amazing, tasty and absolutely affordable price-wise. The room is huge - it consists of a living room, a bathroom and an enormous bedroom. There is a daily cleaning service which in fact could be a bit more thorough, but overall it's fine. The common areas are clean as well. The staff is nice, although not everybody speaks decent English, but Mr. Aqshin is always there to help you out.

Definitely it’s not a 5 star hotel. Staff was very polite and kind but room and hotel were not worth 5 star. But definitely recommend to someone who just want a place to stay in budget.

I along with my family stayed at Atlas Hotel Baku from 07-07-2023 to 10-07-2023. We are highly satisfied with all the services of this hotel. The staff such as Mr Agha, Mr Nijat and particularly Madam Khyala at the reception was highly supportive, caring and considerate. Madam Khyala a courteous and graceful lady treated my family with kindness of heart and care for which I m thankful to her. I recommend my colleagues and friends from Islamabad, Pakistan to stay in this hotel in Baku as they will v no problem of any sort. Thanks. Muhammad Ali, Islamabad Pakistan.

Very new hotel.. Well furnished with good amenities.. Has good potential... However there were two incidences where the hotel staff entered two occupied guest rooms without real apparent reasons.. When confronted, the front desk said it was to show the rooms to potential guests? Why show occupied rooms when they could have professionally chosen to show unoccupied rooms? The front desk later said the staff has been penalized, meaning it was unauthorized entries... With what malicious purpose? Is it a condoned practice? Guests must take extra precautions to take care of their personal belongings... The staff rearranges our personal stuff like toothbrushes, toothpaste etc... I think it's professional practice not to touch guest's personal items... Another item of contention is the mini bar.. It looks unfairly like the responsibility bears only with the guests.. Cleaning staff could have taken items for the mini bar and yet the guests would have to pay for it! I highly recommend guests to take a photo of the mini bar contents, with the appropriate time and date stamps, moments prior to checking out.. It helps if any disputes arise.. With all these issues resolved, this hotel looks like it has fine future...

I stayed there 4 nights. Firstlybits far from city but thts not hotels fault. I found hotel not clean and the plates cracked. My fundamental issue is that they rate themselves 5 star but they aren't.

To start with it is not a five star hotel by International Standard. It is well located. The rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are clean. The reception staffs are courteous. Breakfasts are good and the price is moderate. Hence 4*.

Actually this is not a 5 star hotel, staff at the desk did not well trained and speak english well, They were not friendly! The room was clean, But the room service was weak, We were 3 but they put two cups in the room and things like that! the location was far from the city center. The food quality at resturant was low. The night club was located at minos one floor , It made our room super noisy at night:(

The hotel is located about 20 minutes by taxi from City centre. Good value for the money paid. Hotel is noisy and I had to keep the window open as I found it stuffy in the rooms and due to the night club the road is always noisy almost all night. Breakfast very sketchy and they don't understand vegetarianism. Speak little english. Staff are helpful. Housekeeping is good. But I would recommend to stay close to city centre as there is a lot to do in old city, shopping at nizami street, seaside boulevard walks, museums etc.

Nearly 80+ folks visited Baku and stayed in this hotel. All our 5 days were served with continental breakfast. Please dont expect indian taste. None of the staff are not familiar in speaking better english. To some extent, Receptionist understands english and communicate little. Staff is helpful in responding. Please do not expect hot water all the time. Even at 3 degrees of temperature we were served with cold water for bathing.

We booked for this hotel with breakfast. They kept Indian counter with yesterday dinner leftover when my kid took the food , it was spoiled. Then we requested the staff we want to meet the chef. Then the staff took the food inside n he came back and said chef tasted and it was good. Then we want to speak to the chef. He didn’t show up.then the staff said we will prepare something new. We waited for one hour. Then the staff came n he kept the food like tossing on the table. Hotel was ok. Carpet n blanket is never cleaned. We payed n gained worst customer service. In breakfast buffet we experienced worst service.I would rate below one if it possible. I don’t know about business trip but ppl who come n spend time with family please don’t prepare this hotel.
