Had the best stay at Citrus hotel with my partner during our trip to Baku this winter! The rooms are bright and clean, the staff is super friendly and the location just couldn't be better. Almost every major tourist attraction is within walking distance from the hotel, so we barely had to use taxi. Would definitely recommend!

I love small hotels and I am so glad I came across this lovely boutique hotel. It is housed in a historical building from the times of the first Oil Boom in the late XIX century. Entering to hotel is a bit daunting, and you have to ring a door bell to be let in, but although I was initially put off by this, I felt safe knowing only guests have access to the hotel, considering the lively neighborhood. The location is great - a few minutes walk from the old town and from the sea boulevard, and a busy street with many cafes and bars is just around the corner. My room was overlooking the inner garden and had zero outside noise, however I could hear the next door neighbors - no big deal and in general the hotel is really quiet. I had a standard room, which was perfect for me. Guests traveling as a couple with big suitcases, however, might find it quite small. Everything is new and very nicely decorated, and I didn’t need for anything. All the staff I met were really friendly and warm! I felt very welcome and will happily stay here again.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Close to nice bars, restaurants, the old town and sea. The staff were super super friendly and always keen to be helpful without being overbearing. My stay was straight-forward and easy. Would stay here again and recommend!

Citrus Boutique Hotel location is at walking distance from most of the places you want to visit. The rooms, bathrooms are all sparkling clean. The staff is indeed very helpful and courteous, anything you need and they will help you with it. For breakfast they have arrangement with a fine restaurant (Metropol) which is just 1 min walking distance - the food and service at restaurant is also top notch. Anyone planning to spend a vacation in Baku with family, i would definitely recommend a stay at Citrus Boutique.

Awesome hotel. Very elegantly furnished. Close to old city. Very friendly and supportive staff especially Emilia and Fatima. Clean, conservative, spacious and highly recommended for families. Location, Location, Location! This quaint and charming hotel is located just a few steps away from so many fantastic locations. Fountain Square, Nizami Street, the Old City, and the Caspian Sea are all less than a five minute walk away! The staff are warm, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. I appreciate the bottled water in reusable glass bottles in lieu of plastic, single use bottles. If I return to Baku I would definitely stay at the Citrus Boutique Hotel again.

Enjoyed our stay in Citrus Boutique Hotel. The hotel is located right at the center (Fountain square) which is so convenient. Walking distance to all main attractions: Old city, city center, Baku Boulevard which is corniche, museums and malls. Our room was bright, clean and with modern design. Very comfortable stay. We made a three night in Citrus Boutique hotel and it was wonderful. Very good for the position, the staff has always been very nice and kind for every situation. The rooms quite small but very comfortable for everything. I have no doubt, if I'll come to back to Baku sure I'll book again @ Citrus Boutique

We had an amazing stay. The staff are helpful and friendly, the room was spotlessly clean, and the location is perfect. We loved the fact that the hotel is so central and close to all restaurants, yet is perfectly quiet at night-time. Thanks, and I look forward to staying here again!

Lovely hotel. When we arrived, we wanted to take the luggage upstairs but there was no elevator, so had a little difficulty with brining them up. Other than that it was really nice, a very nice staff and GREAT location. Very Authentic, liked the decoration of the place.

We stayed at Citrus Boutique Hotel for 6 nights and are very happy with our choice. Our room was small but enough for 2 people and considering the price it was more than good value. The Hotel is clean, the AC works well and the atmosphere makes even us picky westerners feel right at home. The Hotel is hidden upstairs in an inner court extremely close to the historic center of the city, which made exploring the city a breeze since our "base" was never far - the Fountain Square aswell as a bustling pedestrian street filled with restaurants and the entrance to the Old City (where day trips tend to start) are all within 2-5 minutes by foot. The Staff was extremely friendly and could answer any and all of our questions, including where to find an ATM & SIM Card, a recommendation for a different local restaurant every evening, booking a day trip for us and even price estimates for taxi fares via WhatsApp while on the go. Their English is great - which is pretty rare in Baku. In the end we even got a free transfer to the airport. Overall this has been a very pleasant stay and we will gladly recommend this Hotel to our friends should they want to visit Baku!

This boutique hotel was a real find As the one who was born and raised in Baku I must say that hotel’s location s simply perfect. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Available 24/7. Our room with the balcony was big and clean. Everything is new and fresh. I’d stay here again.
