I
was
disappointed
by
money-driven
stuff
of
the
hotel.
There
are
good
things
about
the
hotel
(good
location
and
overall
fair
state
of
the
hotel),
but
I
was
disappointed
by
several
issues
listed
below.
-
Stuff
seem
to
be
very
money-driven.
They
asked
me
to
pay
in
cash
or
via
transfer
with
a
special
app.
Getting
cash
was
not
convenient,
not
all
ATMs
around
were
working.
Is
the
hotel
trying
not
to
pay
government
taxes
this
way?
-
My
plans
changed
and
I
had
to
stay
only
8
days
instead
of
9
days.
I
have
informed
a
couple
of
days
in
advance,
and
initially
the
reply
was
“sure,
we
will
remove
one
night
stay,
just
come
back
tomorrow
morning”.
But
next
day
they
asked
for
full
payment.
I
understand
that
the
booking
was
not
refundable,
but
clearly
the
stuff
was
not
customer-driven.
Should
I
stay
there
next
time?
Probably
not.
-
There
were
issues
with
hot
water
being
too
cold
a
couple
of
times.
-
Overall
the
style
of
the
room
is
a
bit
too
dark
and
too
“sultan-style”.
-
We
had
to
use
hot
air
heating
in
December
to
keep
to
room
warm
at
night,
but
as
a
result
the
air
was
too
dry.
-
There
was
a
problem
with
the
shower
door:
it
leaked
water.
As
a
result,
the
floor
in
bathroom
was
constantly
wet.
-
The
bed
was
not
comfortable.
We
booked
double
bed,
but
it
was
two
adjacent
single
beds
with
a
big
gap
in
between.
Overall,
I
would
look
for
a
better
hotel
for
my
next
stay.
