    Quite terrible, completely disaster. The hotel was not completed. They are liars. I strongly recommend don't book this hotel.

    Tourist trap. Avoid this place. Not at the standard of 4 stars hotel. Lady Receptionist rude , trying to make money from you. Charged extra money , more than what i booked in booking. com , said for cleaning and extra city tax.you have to pay full amount on check in even before checking the room. Charging 10% extra if using credit card. Did not get the receipt . Asking 5 manat to rent the iron for 30 minutes, which was included in the room as per booking. i asked for plug they said it cost you 5 manat, next day other guest asked them they told him 6 manat. Trying to take expensive tour and taxi from them, or asking you to upgrade for extra money. Breakfast from 8-10 only. Breakfast place is in the reception, 5 tables in total , you have to share the table with others. Long time waiting for check out. Avoid this place.

    Was very bad hotel. Staff just for asking money . I didn’t like it. Its like one star. Sure i will not back it.

    The room was without a window which made us feel claustrophobic, there was no phone in the room so basically if you need anythng from the reception you have to walk all the way down. Internet was not working. And enviroment was very loud though we asked for a quiete room. Pluses: room was clean and not tiny like in Mensen hotel for instance. Dont understand what makes this hotel 4 stars. Conclusion: you get what you pay for!

    Bellboys and personal stuff working in a canteen are super nice and hard-working. Manager and administrator is not competent. For those, who have claustrophobia, bear in mind that there are no windows for econo rooms. Update: other administrators worked very well

    Absolutely terrible. This is my experience in 2022. We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. After changing my room for two times because of room floors getting wet all the time, I left my charger for my iPhone in the room, so when I asked reception about it they simply told me that it's gone! That's kind of stealing, right?! So be very careful about your stuff in this hotel. Also the staff are not helpful at all. So I don't recommend this hotel to anybody.

    Good value for money, location is not bad either. Staff is super helpful. However additional services e.g late check out, water, washing etc are very expensive.

    The hotel has brand new building. Everything is clean and new. The staff is cheerful. A good plays to stay. Thanks for advice.

    I didn't enjoy this hotel at all. The elevator doesn't worked, the rooms are terrible, the carpets are darty. The building is unfinished and the workers are going around the hall day. Every day the breakfast is the same, EGG!!! Maybe the only thing that i liked was the stuff

    Very bad service, the lady of the reception asks us to pay a destruction in the room which does not come from us. Also we had to pay a registration fee to the migration while it is free normally. Also, the bed was broken in the room, the toilet smelled very strong and the employee did not want to give us another room since he had already cashed the money. I do not recommend this hotel

    It deserve even less than one star, They were very mean with me and with other costumer. The manager with reception lady as well. They made a force check out for us after 12 night stay , just because they had gust who pays more.

    The hotel is clean and the rooms are very nice .. the breakfast is very good and you can say that the staff and reception are friendly .. I just broke the lid of the sugar bowl unintentionally but they imposed a pay of 15 manat .. I said that the room is clean yes .. but they didnt clean it during booking period ( 6 nights ) I dont know I think that because I didn't request to clean . Also they took 10 dollar additional to booking amount with wrong reason .. they said that is the currency difference of dollar exchange to manat .. i didnt believe that but I paid because I was there what can I do .
