The hotel has perfect room view on the Persian Sea with very clean room & bathroom plus helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was normal.

The service is bad TV is out of service no coffee machine and no response to any complaining to the staff of the hotel,the beds are old and springs of the bed are not comfortable i admired why it is 5 stars hotels .....

Rooms were spacious but furniture was a bit old, toilets design is old, with a bath tub. The toilet is provided with a hose for (tahara), this note is important for Arabs, skip if you dont mind! Our room view was not sea view, but i believe sea view rooms are more nice. If this hotel was 3 or 4 stars, my review would be better as my expectations would not be that high for a 5 stars hotel! The staff was friendly, but a bit slow. Location was very good and if you like walking, there is a tunnel few steps beside the hotel, you can cross the street easily and reach the restaurants and baku eye and denzin mall easily. Walk more steps you can find the carpet museum and the boulivard. Walk more and you can find the funicular to reach the flame towers. That was a great walk to me! This applies to people who can walk long and enjoy walking. What i didnt like the most in hotel and that's why i reduced the score, the AC thing! We went by the end of April, and the hotel decided not to turn the AC on and it was too hot at night inside rooms. You can find little bugs everywhere, but we get used them as they didnt touch us and their number was not too high. They were around the lights in room. Maybe because we were urged to keep the window open due to lack of AC. The window was closed upon arrival with a ribbon like thing and we couldnt open it until the staff came and removed it. The breakfast options were too limited, and they dont refill quickly. Room size 10/10 Location 9/10 Cleanliness 7/10 Service 7/10 Breakfast 3/10

Very bad staff they charge even your guest want to visit you in lobby

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Food is reasonably priced. The bed is confortable, the water is hot, the Internet is fast. There is a tunnel behind the hotel that takes you to the National Flag Square. From there you can walk to the Old City, museum, mall.

This is one of the best hotels in baku. The amenities they provide are way better than others. Parking area is good. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff behaviour is also good. I loved staying here for 2 nights. Views from the room amazing.

This hotel provides excellent sea view as well as views across the city - especially the Flame Towers. The building is a little tired and could use some refurbishment in some areas. The gym is well equipped and the pool is good. The staff are excellent, especially the receptionist, Nasrin, who is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Breakfast is reasonable Normal , but staff they are great very respecting and also they helping guests I like this hotel I hope you see again as soon as possible .

A very bad experience is not worth a single star ,The administration is not interested and does not try to solve the negatives I do not recommend it at all, and if I have seen the comments before booking, I dont choice it but I don't have been time to search for the hotel and read the comments. Not worth more than 1/10

As usual if you want to order anything from the hotel, like something from hotel restaurant asking for money not adding to you total bill of room. And they are not get you any additional time for checking out.
