The location of the hotel and view from my was very good. However, the Hotel is not maintained well. When we reached our room was still being prepared. As we entered, the room had a very peculiar foul smell that made us very uncomfortable to stay in. We had to keep the windows open for hours, still we could smell it. Despite complaining, they came and checked but did not even offer to change the room. The bathroon lock was broken too. The breakfast was sad, nothing much in the range and boring. We were stayed for 2 nights, but it was let down and bad experience to stay there. It should be a 2 start hotel, and definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Such a bad hotel we are staying on sixth floor and the hotel owner has <br/>Let the seventh floor to a club we were notable to sleep for last two nights the man on night duty last night in the reception was so rude to the guests complaining about the noise saying the owner has rented the place to the guys and he is on vocation and he has got money from them so that is all .the first day when we arrived it took them 3 hours to give us the room they had overbooked and did not know what to do.<br/>The breakfast is very poor .<br/>The only bright side of the hotel is the cleaning lady on sixth floor Yeganeh she is very efficient and helpful

First of all this isn’t hotel more like some room (not good one ) with untrained staff i stayed for 4 night at this hotel (unfortunately) iwas at 6 foor and hotel club was at 7th floor and started to play from 11pm till 3 am every night and my room was shaking!!!!! When i told reception about it someone name was emil told me we rented it and connot do anything for u 😂😂🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ And I looked at him and said are u kidding me i came here to rest and what i have to do ? He said I don’t know !!!!!!!!!!! And he said I'm not manager u have to tell him about it i said ok where is he he said he is in vacation because at baku was holiday 😳😳😳 and maneger went to vacation 😂😂😂 i said what i have to do now he said try to sleep 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Overall if someone force u to go to this hotel don’t accept and goto hostel it's better than this place

It is average or less. Expedia says it is 4 star hotel. But it is not. I give it 2 stars. Bed is not comfortable enough. Breakfast is not pleasant. Dining room is not big enough .Some rooms have good view to the see. But the hotel is not on shore directaly. Internet is not fast all the time. Bathrooms need for upgrade. I recommend to stay in 5 star hotel in city center or old town, they should be better than the crown hotel. فندق عادي جدا". لا انصح به.

Sauna ja allasosasto saavat hyväksynnän . Huoneissa paljon kuluneisuutta . Musiiki tarjonta kuuluu läpi yön vaikka et haluaisi tanssia aamuun asti. Ravintolan palveluita emme käyttäneet koska julkisenliikenteen yhtaydet keskustan ravintoloihin ovat mainiot. Siis sijainti OK .Siivous toimi kohdallamme tyydyttävästi. Merinäköala oli eduksi

Good house keeping, clean rooms. Breakfast food quality was average. Polite and nice staff. Near to city centre, buiraq area, crystal hall... Great view... Wish to have a chance and visit it again!

The Crown Hotel is 5 Star Budget Hotel located near Baku Boulevard with beautiful view of Baku Caspian sea from the room. Good and comfortable room with all facilities like mini refrigerator, wardrobe having electronic safety box, laundry service, air conditioner, Tv with local channels, good bathroom with bathtub, microwave and restaurant with beautiful view of baku Boulevard and caspian sea. Other facilities are Massage saloon, Gymnasium, meeting room, sauna, beautiful indoor swimming pool all are located in basement of the hotel. There are rooms with balcony and without Balcony, try to get room with Balcony so that you can enjoy the breathtaking view of baku Boulevard and Caspian sea. Hotel also offering good breakfast from 7 am to 10 am with different varieties. In surrounding of the hotels you can find restaurants, super store, baku Boulevard on walking distance. Distance of Old City from hotel is around 10 minutes walk. Again this is 5 Star BUDGET Hotel so don't expect luxury rooms, but still according with the price they have maintain good quality and services.

House keeping was fine and rooms were clean. Food quality was average and staff are polite and nice. It's about 10 minutes ride to the city center,30 minutes if you walk.

Sauberkeit der Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig , wirken auf dem Bild größer als sie sind . Roomservice ist verbessungswürdig . Ausblick am Abend ist super top. Im Hotel eigenen Restaurant lässt sich auch gut speisen mit top Ausblick . Wellnessbereich ist reparaturbedürftig oder auch pflegebedürftig .Für Kleinkinder nur bedingt geeignet ( Wassertiefe 1,50-1,75m ) .
