We booked a triple room in the hotel but when we arrived hotel they gave us a double room with 3 bed, the added bed was unacceptable and uncomfortable. Breakfast was so so and the girl in the reception was bad tempered. but the hotel is located in the city centre.

The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room and bar. everywhere Local foods and Donner shops. Easily Access to anywhere by walk lots of beautiful parks in Baku city

The staff try to act courteous and she they are, their service isn't upto standard. Don't be misled by the 4 star rating of the hotel.

Smell in the room is awful. Couldn’t sleep all night. It smells mould and dampness.

Good place to sleep, only the cleaning service must be better for example......you need to ask for clean towels instead they change it for you. Breakfast is good and friendly staff.

The only good thing about this hostel (not a hotel) was its location, every thing else was awful. Specially the receptionist woman who was impolite and rude. If you want to have a calm stay in baku, don't book this hostel!! their service isn't upto standard, don't let me start on the breakfast!

Quite a good place to stay.. if you want to stay in city centre. you can book service apartment if you plan to stay long and want to cook your own food. kitchen facilities are good enough.

awful smell in rooms, stuff claiming that it is normal smell and dont transfer you in other room till you will not stat to shout. . . . . dont get there

Affordable, not beautiful but convenient (shabbat friendly)

For this price -the best option (I talk about Suites, not hotel)
