I was here for 2 nights. staff are friendly but whole country is lower than average in this item. the beds were clean and but we didn't have nice scenery out of ours windows. all in all it was fine but maybe the prices were a little bit high.

Nice and clean hotel in the centre of the city, few steps away from Caspian sea!

Pretty good for a B&B. They respond pretty quick to issues, but don't think they capable enough of actually solving them.

I asked for early checkin and they agree but I stayed more than one hour waiting for room to be ready.

Hotel on a good place, little older and used but overall good value

Good hotel. Location is very good. Around 2km from downtown Nizami Street. All shops, restaurants & metro is at walking distance. Hotel is very clean & staff is friendly. Recommended.

We had gone to Baku and stayed at the Hotel for having a comfortable and memorable time. Instead we had an extremely horrendous time. When we checked at 10 PM in we were told that there is no water supply and water would come max by 3 AM There was no water and when I called the General Manager he did not have the curtesy to pick or reply to my message. Imagine that you are in a new country and no water even to brush or go toilet. Our rooms were stinking as no flush. Getting no support from Hotel we went to an adjacent restaurant who were having water in RESERVE and welcomes us to your their toilet for FREE. Hotel did not support in this issue at all. The next day also water was not there and this was HOTEL ISSUE. so two day no water in morning. No bath, no brush and no toilet. In a stay of 3 days if water is not there for 2 days then your whole trip is wasted. No senior staff to listen or provide alternative. Never ever recommend this hotel to anyone

I like the hotel but it doesn't have a lot of facilities.. The staff is nice and all but because they don't know the english language fluently, they can't really speak properly..

Super nice and helpful staff, great breakfast Buffet and super clean facilities. Location is very good as it's close to the Bay and just a 4min walk to the 28th Metro Station. Would definitely stay again.
