I stayed 5 days there and checked out yesterday. Our room was clean, small with a wonderful view of the Caspian see. The other rooms are bigger but not my favorite. Breakfast table is not big but enough for us. I guess the lady in the kitchen made all of the jams by herself and that's why she asked us about the taste of them. I'll definitely go back to this place.

It’s less of a ‘hotel’ and more of an ‘inn’ (you can google the difference. The area is not in the city center but relatively near it, no hassle to take bolt/uber around. To/From Nizami street was around 3.50 manat max. The building was old. The rooms were spacious. The bathroom was okay. There was a leak when i arrived and they fixed it within the day. The overall cleanliness could be improved. It had a very nice quaint, homely vibe. It’s great on sunny days. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. It’s a good, budget friendly option - especially if you’re just looking for a place to sleep at night and not concerned about the lack of amenities hotels usually provide. Would consider staying here again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The reception guy was a scammer. I booked from booking and at reception he said that room is not available so take another room in higher price. When I refused, he misbehaved with me and denied me entry to the hotel. Pathetic service by Reception guy Mohabat.

The hotel is nice and cozy located not far from the Bolivar and old city , on climbing area though if u don't like to walk up streets or you are accompanied with old people, but sure taxies and cabs will drop u to the hotel door step. Clean, staff are so kind and helpful, normal breakfast just enough to load up for your day trip.

Its worth the price. Nice wide room and very friendly the staff.

Good low cost place to stay during your trip to Baku. City center is easily accessible by public transport (only 4 bus stops). However, it is located in quite poorly looking district. Breakfast are served in small dining room. We got one bottle of water and tea every day. I would recommend this place for low cost travelers.

Great sized rooms and had British wall plugs for my electronic stuff which was unusual. Not expensive for the stay including breakfast which was just great (Try the local jams on toast) . Taxi's are not expensive but the busses are really cheap to get around as well.

A complete put off. Absolutely dirty place. Right from the kettle in the room to a toaster. Pool is absolutely unhygienic. 0 star if applicable. They have 1 room which is sea facing is the only good part of the hotel. Actually guest house

The staff need to turn down the music, struggled to sleep and woke up several times due to the noise. Being on the ground floor I expected to have people walking past to get to the stairs however, I didn't expect to have my door unlocked and opened by people twice during the day and night! Not sure if they were customers or staff. Wouldn't recommend

The rooms are dirty and smelly. There isn't any clean bed sheets. If you decide to stay there, be ready, it's too cold there and you should take your blanket with you.

Its one of the most economically priced hotels you can find in Baku. I had an amazing experience. Also the receptionist Asiman listens to Pink Floyd.

Cozy hotel with nice kitchen and swimming pool, nice view from balcony and rooms were non-smoke. Staff was very kind and did their best to provide assistance for us.

I had very wonderful days in this hotel. The seaview was magnificent and the stuff members are so kind and helpful. Rooms were so clean and comfortable and I almost felt like I was at home enjoying my day. I highly recommend this hotel everyone who wants to visit Baku.
