It was terrible. Cold rooms, too expensive . Rude and dishonest personelle that easily cheat the passengers. The breakfast was small , actually nothing too eat, it was simple,small and repetitive. you could only have small amount of bread and cheese for eating. I don't recommend this hell at all. Going to that hotel was a real waste of time. It is better to sleep in the street than to go to this hotel.

Dob't go to this hell at all. It was just a waste of money. My spouse and I spend there a week. The price was completely above the rate, but since we reserved the hotel online we could do nothing, what makes the situation worse was that we reserved online and we had to pay at place, they charge us 3 times! 2 times online via credit card information and 1 time in cash . the breakfast was awful,nothing to eat, as little as if we are staying there for free, small plastic 5 gram of butter, honey... no variety in breakfast. The staff were not helpful and informative at all.they could not speak english and they just wanted to cheat and mislead us to gain more money.We don't recommend this hotel at all . it is better to sleep in street than to go to the mensen hotel baku.

+ Positive: Hotel is new, facility is good, room temperature is well, staff is helpful special (thanks for Negar). - Negative: Room didn't have Electric Kettle, trash bin, minibar, view. The restaurant manager smoked cigarette in the restaurant. Very very poor breakfast. beds not good but accepteble. Hotel's streed is not asphalt. Around of hotel hotel has many construction.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever seen. The rooms smell awful, they are all dirty and dusty. (See attached pictures) The towels and bedsheets are not changed and there is no toilet paper. Be aware that the hotel director and staff will try to lie about prices before you check in and then try to charge you more before check out. They charged us extra 60AZN for breakfast even though they agreed that it was included at the start of our stay. Don’t trust anything they say verbally, get Invoices before you pay. I don’t recommend choosing this hotel for your own safety.

FOCUS FOCUS PLEASE very very bad 👎 hotel,, ist impression of their way of communication = roughly attitudes,, I online booked 3 days & nights ,it was little cheap I had all papers of DELUX ROOM reservation ,when I reached from dubai with FAMILY along with 2 small kids,we were tired and the manager said we don't have any room all rooms are full, I showd all paper they say NO/NO its little cheap as compared to normal price,we discussed too much but they didn't hear of us,finally I went outside and search 10 hotels by walking but no room available,again I came back & said they told me we have one small room,,my babies were weeping & need rest & foods,when we saw room BELIVE ME very bad smell & broken toilet,too much dirty that time v r NECESSITATION CONDITIONS, any soon after 5 minutes manager come & charged double price of room & said pay now otherwise we will disconnect the electricity,,I don't know y MENSEN HOTEL DO THIS,,next early morning we went from hotel & they were crying give MORE MONEY of coming next 2 days,,, please DONT GO TO MENSEN HOTEL,,,they need only money money & money NO RESPECT OF TOURISTS,, I hate all the MANAGMENT

This hotel was a real Horror and catastrophic. Really CATASTROPHIC!!! We paid for 3 nights, we left immediately after what we saw jn the room. They took all the booking money. We left immediately. This hotel doesn’t has Even not 1 Star. 1- The room smell was canalisation and smoke 2- very Dirty ( see pictures) 3- Even was no normal blanket 4- Was a lot of insects 5- You can everything what’s us happening in the floor We booked another hotel immediately after we saw this disgusting things. I asked them for refund but they refused it. I hope you can refund this money to me.

The good this is the hotel new, and the location,, otherwise don't think to sleep becouse of the nearby buildings working and doing so big noise, you cant close the window becouse the air conditioner is so hot, room service open the door on me every day when im sleeping abd imagine some times she wants to wake me up to clean the room !! Brakefast is bad

Even thought is room was clean and there was pretty much everything one can need, it was so tiny that you literally dont have space to move in the room. There was a huge bed, which ocuppied 98 percent of our room (i ve seen other rooms being pretty normal though) so we ended up with brooses in our legs. Bathroom was tiny as well, but clean. We had a little window which faced THE WALL of other building that was under construction, so you can imagine that there was no sun light comming inside the room and the noise from the construction was terrible. The hotel personnel was really polite, helpful and nice. Location was far away from the city center, taxi will cost min 3.60 (if from 189) and 5-6 if you catch in on the road. Basically you get what you pay for. I would recommend it for single travelers for very short stay.

It is so far from city center, you should pay from 4 manats (with Uber) or 8 Manats (with classic taxi) to go to city center. it is so more suitable to get a more expensive hotel in Baku city center
