I am here for 3 nights and still one night, the worst 4 stars hotel that I had seen. The pictures that is shown is not true, no pool, no gym.<br/>No drinking water in room or floor, the fridge doesn't work correctly and it doesn't make things cool enough. air conditioner doesn't work and it makes room more humid.<br/>Water in bathroom is too hot and you can't even take a shower as you enjoy.<br/>The worse trip that I had😢

Location is amazing you can walk to the mall and a public park there is macdonalds nearby it's like in the centre of baku ... nice breakfast and really nice staff

Not a good hotel for foreigners nobody in the hotel knows english so its hard to communicate and they keep charging more in everything breakfast aint free not a four star hotel overall

Good and accommodating people. Very helpful and always very comfortable to talk with. Nice location near metro station. However some issues as no room service is available, shortage of staff which impact delivery of services required.

Imagine you can't lock the door from inside even ahile sleeping, imagine only too hot water coming either side of the tap. If you want to experience this in otherwise lovely Baku city , you may choose this hotel

It's like one atar hotel not four star!! 1. Air conditioning is not working since two months!!!!! 2. Toilet is very dearty. 3. Bad smell in the toilet. 4. Towels are not cleaned well. And more.....

A standard hotel for people who are on budget, the location is good with easy accesd to Narimev Naramov Metro and local food street and market outside.

Best price an quality combination. Hospitality on the top level.

It's cheap and near the subway. Breakfasts are terrible. The rooms are spacy but beds are not comfortable and some things are kind of broken.
