It would deserve no stars. Out of three rooms booked, none was available. They first said there was a gas problem, then a water problem and finally admitted giving the rooms to other guests. We ended up being 5 in a room. The manager, Farid Rahimov, made us wait for more than an hour in the morning to discuss the matter as he did not wish to discuss the matter in the evening. They tried relocating us to a cheaper hotel. It took two hours or discussion to get the rooms reimbursed. Which was quite worrying is that other guests complained of the same treatment and had been misrepresented events by the hotel staff. It is highly recommended to go somewhere else or call them many times before arriving to ensure you do not have a bad surprise

It was not that cheap as it was a 4 star hotel, services are not much and not complete, staff was friendly, Have to wait for ages for the elevator to come , either the bread toster is broken or no iron and we need to keep reqesting, breakfast is not that good, But manageable... air condition sucks bad, and was very difficult to sleep, We had to stay there for 10 days I WOULD NOT CHOOSE TO BE THERE ,YOU CAN SPEND THE SAME AMOUNT IN A NOTHER HOTEL.

Absolutely terrible. Air conditioning not working, minibar completely empty, no kettle but tea bags provided, no toilet roll, dirty sheets, wrong breakfast given. Only positive is staff are friendly

I stayed for one week is good hotel service is great But air conditioning very bad you can’t even sleep

Great place to be in. Staff is always happy to help you. On the ground floor are 2 coffee shops. Just opposite is a 24 hours supermarket

Nice rooms, hotel occupy 2 floors in business center. To get to Old City you will need to take a taxi or a bus
